First of all, my husband and I love Taco Bell. This is the ONLY one on the East Coast, we've been to a hundred of them,THAT CONSISTENTLY GETS OUR ORDERS CORRECT EVERY TIME. I'm a picky vegetarian and they make my order with painstaking care and my husband's order is customized as well and they literally NEVER mess up! They are friendly, the place is clean, they answer any questions we have. One time I forgot to ask to take off the fiesta strips my bad and they happily, quickly remade it. Whoever the boss / owner is here should be commended bc I'm a restaurant manager, in the business 30 years, and a good staff reflects on good management. You guys are great! Thanks from the Garcia clan!
I just love Taco Grilled Cheese burrito is my current fav! I used to absolutely love the meximelt, they stopped making that a while back. I love hard taco supremes, Mexican pizza, chalupa, beefy 5 layer burrito, taco salad, nacho supreme. Lots!! Still waiting for the one in Honesdale to hopefully re-open after a fire in either 2020 or 2021.
Used the mobile app to order pick up. Had to wait one hour before food was ready. The food was cold and thrown together. Staff was focused on Drive Thru only. They were fighting amongst themselves and rude to customers.Food: 1/5
Overall a great experience stopped by for some quick food and we decided to dine in and the food was hot and amazing, the manager here super friendly, and overall enjoyed the stay there.Food: 5/5
Please staff, always helpful, the establishment was nice and clean, also bathrooms we're super clean. Over all its always a good place for a quick and cheap bite to eat.
Food is typical taco bell, you crave it when you do, and it is good then. But the friendly staff really made my visit and stood out, so thank you for being just good people!Food: 4/5

Second time again that I go to this Taco Bell and the food is cold and not done right
Now, I can see messing up orders on a busy day or night. However, every night I have went I order with one car in front or no cars in front of me. Everytime I order from this place at night never been during day shift they have gotten my orde wrong, but of course most times have fixed it without an issue. Except for tonight, I do not know about the rest of the staff, but the manager on duty Kassie V was extremely rude. And tried to argue about the order. So of course came out to car for receipt to prove we already paid for the order they messed up. Which we just ordered less than 1 minute ago. Also had to pull out front to wait. Just saying if you're ordering boxes from here with different topping double check order and get a receipt because most likely it is not correct.
Food is good as always. Sometimes the burritos aren't filled enough. But usually it's okay Food: 4/5
