This is soooo disgusting. I should have just asked for my money back. Drink fountain only had Pepsi nothing else was working. I asked for a large cup instead only got medium because they ran out. Paid for extra sour cream and guac on my food and didn’t even get it. Had to go back to the counter, stood standing there for a few minutes, and had to yell at a guy that was there in order for him to acknowledge me so I can ask for it. And then looked at me with an attitude. And it wasn’t even busy at the restaurant. I wasn’t able to even eat my food, there was some black stuff on it like if they haven’t cleaned the grill in days. I do not recommend anybody to go to this restaurant for it is disgusting. How could people work and eat there? That’s a say, but I hope this please shut down. I can’t even give a star for this. One star is too much. And that’s only because I have no choice. I need to post us. Do not go here.
I bought shrimp and chicken. Chicken overcooked. Too hard to chew. Shrimp salty and over cooked. Too salty to eat. My first time visiting this establishment. Ordered chicken and shrimp and drink not realizing the drink comes with my order, so I ended up with 2 drinks. The cashier didn't say your meal comes with a drink. My last visit.Food: 1/5
It's a standard taco bell. Good service at the drive thru the night we went, but you never know. I've just always had good experiences here. Vegetarian options: You can make anything vegetarian or vegan by asking for it fresco style!
I arrived in Hartford Connecticut 2 weeks ago and it was my time at taco bell. the first time they didn't have Iced tea Mango and the second time neither. This is my 3rd time and they don't have any, I asked the employee why they don't have any and she told me that they didn't have any. The box to pay doesn't work either. you have to do the order yourself. Disappointed with the service in such a prestigious fast food chain. bad service
TERRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE management. Got My ENTIRE ORDER WRONG. My drinks were COMPLETELY WATERED DOWN, The meat choice changed I asked them FOR NO sour cream and they were on EVERY TACO EVERY ONE. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN NEVER. They don't even compensate for THEIR BAD SERVICE.. AND I spent over $70 here. They treat Customer's like Trash.
I spent damn near a $100 of my hard earned money for a treat for the family. Horrible customer service. I told them the issue. I waited 35 mins just for 2 employees to ask the same question about what was the issue. Unprofessional how they handled the situation. Both employees had attitudes as the approached my car. One of the employees claimed they were the manager. The strawberry lemonade tastes like water.
Food was good and the order was right. Not too sure about the Bahama Blast, but love the cinnabuns!!Food: 4/5
I asked for a crunch wrap this is what they gave me i asked for nacho bell grande extra cheese extra meat and this is what they gave me. I paid for nothing for cold sauggy food and extra stuff never given they should litterly fire who ever is the cook and the servers for not making sure quality is right.
please don't order from here. it seems the staff is incompetent. they forgot most of my order and didn't seem like they even knew how to cook anything. a bean burrito with just beans and onion? do yourself a favor and not order from here.
The employees were more worried about arguing with customers than getting my food. I ended up with cold food cause apparently you can't have a hot soft chicken taco and I had to pay extra for cold chickenFood: 1/5
