I came here on my lunch break at work. I ordered on the app so it would be ready when I got here. I have ordered #5 w a soft taco and made sure I put no sour cream and come to find out there was sour cream on it. I will not be coming here no more after this. There was hair in my food too. Like I’m not happy at all about it.
Most of the workers are friendly. Order was fine. One worker in particular made a bad experience. She was externally rude, talked about customers, as customers could hear them. This was unacceptable, not a way to make people feel welcomed back, this should never happen at any place of business.
The food was good as usual. The restaurant wss clean. Unfortunately though the service was very slow. I'm sure it was due to staffing issues. The prices were very high. That's the norm though, everywhere
Hubby grabbed food after work. Now it was a lil after 11pm. But there soft tacos were so horrible so hard. This place has gone down hill
Bare minimum given. I almost thought they were closed for how long I waited to have my order taken at the drive-thru with like...3 cars total in the parking lot. The person taking my order was just so short and giving the ABSOLUTE bare minimum. It had been a while since I'd been to taco bell so I wanted to treat myself to it today; MISTAKE! I will never come to this location again! For how much people get paid to do their jobs in food service nowadays, I shouldn't have gotten the horrible service I got. I had my food practically thrown at me and a minimal attempt at niceties or just....kindness. It just felt like everybody was beyond annoyed that I was there. I get that food service sucks, but I mean....your customers shouldn't clearly feel your hatred for them or desire to be anywhere else. This was sad and sad only. Severely disappointed. The food redeemed you guys and is the only reason I didn't just do 1 star. Work on your attitudes, please and thank you.
I'm not a frequent taco bell eater so I like being able to order from the kiosk so I know for sure what is in each item. This location is newer and clean. The employees are nice. The bathroom was clean too. The only complaint Ihave is that the baja blast zero was out.
Very nice place. Was very clean. Service was a bit slow but the food was excellent. The rest rooms were very clean and so was the location. It was pleasent inside and the people were nice. I would tell you try them out. They get a gold star. I would go again. Features: None
There is one specific woman who works here who honestly just makes my day. She's so sweet, bright, and cheery even on really busy days. A warning however, don't get Fiesta potatoes. They're always hard and dry and small. I've tried them a million times and they've been the same. Awesome place. Devin runs a tight ship and everyone does a really good job. Never a long wait and they're pretty much always spot on with the order. Absolutely no complaints
Just a soft taco but hard to beat the classics and amenities were good.Food: 4/5
