Tacos Monte Alban is a locally owned truck that provides quality and fresh food. We can be found at our regular location in Snohomish or at local events.
Tacos Monte Alban is open 7 days a week! We offer fresh made tacos, burritos, tortas, enchiladas, nachos, tostadas, taquitos, and plenty of snack food as well as a large variety of sodas, energy drinks, and bottled water. All our food is made fresh while you wait with plenty of sides including salsa, crema, guacamole, limes, salads, radishes, jalepeños, and grilled onions. Menus may vary depending upon availability.
Want a great lunch or a dinner to take home? We have a wonderful covered area with lighting and two large tables. Stay dry and enjoy your food at our location on Airport Road or rest while your food is made-to-go.

Attending a local event? You might see us there! We love to attend local events including the Evergreen State Fair (Monroe, WA) and Flying Heritage Collection Events (Everett, WA).
