Brought a gun to get repaired cause the fire selector switch was finicky. Got the gun back and the fire select is even worse and cant even put it on safety. Battery cover is also missing and when I asked what happened they had no idea. Poor communication as well. Gun was with them for 8 months and never received a call saying it was ready
A very awesome Airsoft store. The people there are super friendly and know what they are doing. They are also very helpful as well. There’s a very good selection of Airsoft gear and guns to buy from. I definitely recommend buying from here. This is my favorite Airsoft store; it is excellent!
Bought some equipment here for airsoft and had lots of help and great conversations with the workers. Prices weren’t to bad and they recommended reasonably priced gear for a new player. Would definitely shop here again.
The folks in the store were very friendly and helpful with the purchase of the MP5A5 along with the equipment I needed for it’s setup. The price for the MP 5 A5 was very reasonable. Excellent store with a very knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend purchasing your air soft needs at this store.
I had a problem with my flashlight. The owner was quite helpful. He had a replacement part on hand and was able to get me back up and going.
I like this store. The employees are great, they have good products, and lots of accessories, store is clean, set up very well, lots of stuff to blow money on. My only issue. Is the insane INSANE.... prices, the store charges like double what any other store charges it’s insane, something that is 15 on evike ... 15 at army barracks, 20 at tactical east Windsor....... will be 30 + dollars here which is just complete insanity, I would give it 5 stars but the upcharge is so astronomical that I have to keep it at 3-1/2 stars almost 4...... but other than the ridiculous insane prices, great store, love going there, and the guys that work there are very friendly, will take the time to explain things to you, they’re not constantly trying to push you to spend every cent you have on the stuff they have, and they’re easy to talk to and well pretty much hang out with, I would recommend this store for sure, just look up the actual prices for things before you over pay for something hardcore. That is all Great store though and awesome service
Do not even take the gamble! Came here with my brother and he bought a 300$ gun and I bought and 400$ used one. My brothers gun did not even work out the box. My gun stopped working the next day. I bring it in the following day for repair. They tell me 1-2 weeks for repair, and they offered to swap out my brothers gun and he had to pay a difference for a better gun. They never gave me this option I have been calling for 5 weeks checking in on the gun. The first week they tell me another week, no problem. The second, they give me the run around about having too many guns in for repair with no one to repair any at the moment and tell me another week. Third time I call, they tell me another two weeks because the tech has alot of gun to go through at this point it’s getting annoying. Fourth time i call, i ask for the manager and he tells me the gun is next in line and will be done this week, I left my phone number with a manager and he told me the boss was going to call me this week if the gun wasnt done. I got no call the whole week and at this point i want my money back. I called for the fifth time today, they tell me the gun isnt ready and they have to order parts for it and that is gonna definitely be a while. I have never went through customer experience this bad. If the owner/boss/management is seeing this email me asap to get my money back. I still have my receipt and repair tag.
I purchased a whole mag fed system with gas paint and everything, the staff is friendly and knows their product. Todd is the man! He helped me out big time with my marker. I will absolutely be returning for more.
Refused to sell me a $100 product. Just had a name change and have bought multiple guns from them in the past and based on my ID they would not sell me a site less then $100. I understand following procedures but I have been here multiple times and my used guns are literally still on your walls. Never going back. If the owner is in the store you may have a better experience.
This retail location is over priced and they price gouge on items. After looking at their items and the prices they are selling, they are obviously over priced and on some items just strait price gouging. It's sad when retailers hike up prices the way that they do, but that's their choice. I just personally won't buy from them and recommend others to look at online retailers for better pricing
