My Sales representative was amazing! I was greeted a few minutes after I walked into the store. I was testing out sectionals when Mel walked up to my cousin & I. She introduced herself, stated if we needed any help she was available, then let me continue roaming the store. There was pressure, no hassle! She came to check on us twice as we had questions. Once I narrowed down my 2 selections she went over the specks with me. No one wants to be looked at as prey … I felt like a young under her wing. I decided to come back a few days later to purchase. Her down to earth personality made the transaction even smoother, from beginning to end. The outlet was clean & had many nice pieces to choose from. Yes, I would recommend this outlet & Mel as your rep!
Tom in store was very helpful and offered as much assistance or space as I would like. Purchased with financing options. Furniture was delivered when promised in great shape. Delivery men were polite and respectful of my house.
We asked to see a specific salesman, Fred Snyder. The store manager came to us in the interim and told us Fred was busy with another customer but would be over asap. He thanked us for our return visit. Offered us water and any assistance we may need while waiting for Fred. Very friendly and cordial. Our entire shopping experience was very pleasant. My husband was very impressed.
We went into the showroom this weekend to look for some new furniture for our home. The salesman who helped us was very professional & helpful Not only was he very knowledgeable, but he was able to too keep my daughter's Laughing and smiling the hole time.We shall definitely be returning in the future Thank you for a wonderful experience.
I had a great experience yesterday. Thank you George! I appreciate that you were willing to help when I needed it, but gave me space to wander the store several times! and narrow my search down. Every staff member that was a part of my transactions was congenial, patient and helpful. Looking forward to getting my new furniture!
The delivery crew called prior to their arrival. They were extremely courteous and quick. They removed my old mattress and secured my brand new in place. It took no more than 5 minutes. Also, I ordered and received it the next day. I loved the in store service and delivery process.
I had a good experience. The showroom was very nice with plenty of displays and pieces to choose from. The salesman was very helpful and patient as I looked at several options. I will definitely come back again.
Jarrod was so helpful! I had already picked out the majority of the items I wanted online, and he was able to seamlessly lead me through the store to view the pieces that were on the floor. He was very professional and kind, and completed my order very efficiently. Overall this was a great experience! Also, I hadn't realized that the regular items are also available in this store location, in addition to the outlet items. I definitely recommend!
Tom was wonderful. Told us how to read the tags and then offered to stay with us or give us some space. We chose to walk the floor without him but noticed he was always available. We chose a dining set for my new house. I chose to remove the bench that is offered in the set and opted for 2 chairs instead. I also bought and additional two chairs. He was extremely personable and relatable. He went over all pricing and warranties and we settled on a price. It was an excellent experience. I will be back to do more business with him or any of your wonderful associates.
Raphael Boccagna was very responsive and I was in and out pretty quickly! The experience was very pleasant and I am a straight shooter and appreciated not being "oversold" with things I was not interested in! Will definitely be back and work with Raphael for future purchases!
