Tahoe Dance School is a local business offering all types of dance for all ages.
Tahoe Dance School was founded by Molly Story Arbogast in 1993 where the school’s modest beginning started in a small room under her garage. The school flourished and moved to Incline Village Recreation Center and the Lake Forest Creative Center , Tahoe City. Molly’s professional career began with the San Francisco Ballet where she danced from 1982 – 1986. She also danced professionally with Pacific Northwest Ballet and the Reno Ballet. While expecting her first child, she handed directorship over to Dee Dee Terzian. Molly continues her teaching while living in Reno and often returns to Tahoe Dance School to teach Master classes during the summer months.
Dee Dee Terzian has been owner and director of Tahoe Dance School Since May of 1996. Dee Dee is a Registered Teacher of Royal Academy of Dance and under her direction the school has grown to offer classes for Pre-school ages through Adults in Classical Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Tap and Modern. Performances, RAD Exams, Summer Camps and Intensives are all part of the curriculum.
