Teaching Tai-chi as health exercises and self defense, teaching Zookinesis Exercise and providing Tai-chi massage.
This was the first Tai-chi-Chuan School on Long Island, NY. We provide classes in slow forms, animal and weapons forms, chi-gung (Zookinesis system), Push Hands, self defense and provide Tai-chi massage (also known as "chi-gung massage"). As an outreach, we also have produced over 60 instructional DVDs on the subjects we teach and on other martial arts and published three books.
