This company is excellent! I went out into the garage this morning to leave for work and found that the door was unable to open. Shortly after I realized the spring had broken in half. That is when I call Tai's. I gave them my information and they were incredibly nice and helpful by getting me the very first appointment before anyone else so that I could still try to make it to work on time. Andrew, the technician, called me minutes after I had originally called to verify my information and let me know he was on his way. He arrived within 20 minutes of when I first spoke with him. Once he was there he looked at what spring was needed and gave me a very reasonable price. After agreeing on the price he was done with the work in no time. After all was said and done the garage worked good as new and I was still able to make it to work on time. I was very impressed with Tai's Garage Door & Locksmith, they are exceedingly professional and punctual, while still maintaining a friendly and personable experience. I also loved that they were always willing to work with me and answer my questions, no matter what I asked. Do not pass up this excellent company if you need ANY work done!

Sunday morning our garage door spring snapped, and I called Tai’s garage door repair for the replacement spring. they scheduled based on convenience for me, showed up promptly, were completely courteous and professional, and were never pushy about any work. They very clearly laid out what needed to be done, and what actually got done would be based on my orders.  The work was done quickly and efficiently. I'd say it took about three hours because the door and spring set we had was very, very old but they didn't leave until everything was done and the area was cleaned. And this was all for a very fair price.  I'd recommend Tai’s Garage door repair to anyone who needs this kind of work done, and I'd call them again !!!

What a pleasant experience from start to finish with these guys! I needed a new garage door to be installed and was referred to Tai's by a good friend of mine. My technician was highly knowledgeable and super competent. He filled me in on what he was doing along the way. I was truly amazed at how fast the job was completed. Tai's Garage Door Repair are a great garage door replacement and installation contractor.  To date, I subbed out 8 new garage door installation projects to them and have had an excellent customer service experience, was quoted reasonable prices and was provided by them with good quality garage openers and doors. My mom's Garage door stopped working  last week and I called 3 companies before I found them . Our garage door spring broke after work, and they were able to come out that evening and take care of it.  Andrew was fast, courteous and efficient. He even found a misalignment issue that had been causing noise for a long time.  I highly recommend Tai's for garage door service.

I was rushing to work and upon turning the ignition off I tossed my keys on the front seat of my car. Within 20 minutes, Alik one of the locksmiths arrived and unlocked my car in just under three minutes. My car was unlocked and I couldn't be more pleased. They work fast and their service is top notch. I have tried many locksmith services but by far they are the best at their job. I recommend their service 100%.

1 Star is because technician arrived fast. Called Tai’s Service because my detached garage door would not open. Upon arrival, tech manually opened door and told me garage door “transmitter” was broken and that manufacturer parts were too rare to order. Tech said I could pay him almost $500 to replace it with a new opener. Tech came to this conclusion without even touching the garage door opener one time. I opted to not pay the $500 for a new garage door opener, so the tech charged me a $35 fee for arriving. Tech was still parked on my street when I started to attempt to fix garage door opener myself. After about 2 minutes of random tinkering I didn’t know what I was doing, I was able to get the cable to relatch into place and the garage door started working without incident. All while tech was still on the same street. No refund given. Would go with another service provider as I felt there was an immediate conclusion to “replace” at full cost instead of diagnosing, which took minimal effort by an untrained person. Hope this helps other avoid falling for Tai’s Apple-like scam.

Eli came within an hour of my call. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.  Thank you Eli. He came and fixed my garage door on a Saturday afternoon within an hour of my call for service. That is pretty amazing when your garage spring breaks out of the blue holding your car hostage. They earned a customer today for all of their services.
