The BEST place to get frozen bones for my lab in bulk!! Big freezer right by the entrance! I was floored when my coworker told me the place I drive by every day has a huge retail side in addition to training services which I haven’t used yet, but am looking further into. Super friendly and helpful staff who helped me with training suggestions and products that may help my specific pup without being pushy. Stop in next time you drive by, awesome selection of high quality products, they have a small cat product selection too if the big inflatable dog out front scares you off ;

Nothing but a great experience! Daycare, training and grooming have all been exceptional. The staff is always very welcoming and upbeat. My dog gets so excited mornings he knows he’s going and I know he’s in good hands for the day!

We love TBU! From the friendly staff to the great store selection, to the fabulous training with Matt, to grooming withe George - TBU is our one stop for everything we need for our pup!

Took my good boy Ace there to make him an even gooder boy. Was not disappointed. Matt is an excellent trainer and you can tell he genuinely cares for dogs. It's always a little scary trusting someone to keep your best friend for a week but it was well worth it. He came back with the same happy go lucky demeanor with just wayyyyyy better leash manners and recall. Well worth the price tag and piece of mind.

I was so pleased by how great they are here. My dog came out looking adorable and smelling of Mango. I recommend to people that have been looking for a one stop shop for all their doggo's needs.

Last night I was helped by Josh even though I showed up 5 minutes after close. I had happened upon the place in my search for a coat for my boxer and he gave us a personal fitting since we weren't from the area. The personal attention was great and he seemed really invested in helping us even though, like I said, we came after hours. A great experience and we will definitely be making the trip back and may even take him up on his class options.

The owner, Josh, is extremely irresponsible and shouldn't be running a business caring for other living beings. Before the pandemic I was an employee with a decade of animal care experience and the layoff was very welcome as I have a son anyway so I would have had to quit anyway so this isn't a 'vengeful ex employee' situation. I don't want to go into detail but I have seen him exhibit extremely erratic behavior. Current clients beware, pay attention to the way he acts over time and you'll start to realize it. I tell anyone that asks to stay far away from here.

My 9 month old puppy went through 5 day bootcamp with Seth. He is like a new dog! I'm continuing the training at home, but it is a joy because he listens to me. He no longer pulls on his leash, but walks right next to me. I can have him off leash without worrying he will run away. He no longer play bites, but licks. When I ask him to do something at home like sit, stay, no digging, he listens. The most interesting part is he comes to me more to be petted and held. He needed me to be the alpha person and Seth showed me how to do it! Highly recommend Seth to all dog owners.
