My Aussie just stayed 1 night and got him home. I immediately could tell he was not in good shape. I understand they most likely play hard in group, but my dog can hardly move. He is limping and walking bowlegged. For just a 24hr stay I'm highly disappointed and will not put my dog through this again. I'm not sure if he was attacked, kicked or molested by another dog. This is not ok and have given them many chances. I would not recommend the kennel service.

Our dog loves coming here! All the staff are caring and loving toward your pet. Their services are very reasonable, and they have a web cam so that you can view your pet's interactions from home or your smartphone.

Love this place and so does our fur monster. Mary and Grant are wonderful. Mary impressed us day one with a couple of tricks that worked on Bear on the spot. They use positive reinforcement which is very effective on our 5- month old shepherd mix. Bear loves going to doggie daycare there and is learning to socialize with other doggies and people. We highly recommend Woof's!!
I generally love taking my dog to woofs play and stay at the other locations but my first and last experience with this location was not the best. I boarded my dog for night stay in a luxury suite and when i went to pick my dog up and her whole underbelly was covered in bites and scratches that were obviously irritated. I paid for the room with a camera and was watching it constantly and they are not scratches and bites she could’ve given herself. I called and spoke with staff and no one said any incidences were noted on her account. My concern is that i also upgraded my dog to have one on one play time 2 times during her stay as well as a special meal on Christmas Day. But no one noticed the vast amounts of injuries on her even during that one on one play time. It was neither brought to my attention and I was not notified when i picked her up either. It was chocked up to be “rough play” and never got a call back as i was promised and when the cuts are touched and she seems to be in pain in certain areas. Needless to say I will not be taking her back to this location. I understand dogs do play rough at times but the lack of regard, communication and attention is my main concern.
We had our mini golden doodle to do bath and brush on two occasions. Extremely disappointed on both occasions, initially we thought it was one off scenario hence we tried again as they are close to where we live but even the second time, he was not brushed well, also he came back with the stinky smell of the facility. Reply to owner's response: You are referring to the wrong dog. I'm talking about Happie. And as you mentioned there was no such conversation with the groomer. Happie had his haircut a few weeks back with an another groomer. We just came for a monthly bath, and he doesn't have any matt at all. If the groomer had just washed face and paws, I demand a full refund.
Our dog received grooming today and we were very satisfied with the service. He likes this place much more than others including his own veterinarian. The staff seem to truly care about the animals.
Our dog is a regular visitor to Woof's. The staff and facilities are great. We use them for dayplay, boarding and grooming. I highly recommend. Love the cameras to check on my buddy while he's playing.
Brought our Irish Wolfhound Freyja in for a full grooming. She came out happy and clean. We'll bring her back and maybe even try out the play and stay.
