Our first time trying out Greek food and it was pretty good. We tried the trio dips which were quite flavourful along with warm pita bread. We also got the sea bass which was great and the pork shank amazing. The ambience and service was top notch. The only issue we had was the food was very salty, every dish had probably 50% more salt than it should. Would definitely visit and try if not for the salt level, hopefully this was an off day and not the norm with the amount of salt. Will try again but it's worth a visit for sure.
This spot checks off all the boxes! Wonderful hidden gem. I wish I had known about this place a while ago. All my Avon Lake friends have been holding out on us. Amazing patio atmosphere, great service and terrific food!! Lamb shank and roasted chicken are out of this world good! Darrien our server was amazing and apps and food came out very quickly. If you have not been to the place you need to try it asap!
Authentic Greek food in Avon Lake. The patio was nice - certainly didn’t feel like you were in a plaza. Thé restaurant was nicely decorated and had ambiance. The food was good - we had the whipped feta trio and also loved the olive feta served with their breads. Octopus was enjoyed by one of us and they said it was very meaty and delicious. I had the arugula salad - it was huge and had lots of nice ingredients. Drinks were good - we tried the Greek beer - yum! Service was outstanding - even though they were busy!
Wonderful experience, always. Staff is as friendly as they get. Food is always phenomenal. We came in last minute and hostess accommodating making sure we had comfortable seating.Food: 5/5
On Mondays only this classic Greek dish Pastitsio is served here. It was delicious, and very filling. The bechamel sauce was delightfully rich. Well balanced with the meat sauce and baked ziti. We also had an appetizer of spicy whipped feta. That also was excellent. Service was also very friendly. A very pleasant experience.Food: 5/5
This was a really nice meal. Unfortunately, the hostess kind of ruined it for me. We had a reservation. When we arrived, we were told that because the weather was nice, they moved all their reservations inside and our table was promised in an hour and half to another party. We managed to finish with five mins to spare. Unfortunately, I was focused on the time more than enjoying my meal. Not my favorite. We had calamari for appetizer and i had the octopus. Both were excellent. My friend had the lamb shank and greatly enjoyed that. I might come back to the restaurant but the frustration about focusing on finishing in time tainted the experience.
Loved it! The food was amazing and so was the service! I got the KOTOPOULO STO FOURNO the sauce on it was so so good! My husband got the saturday special Which he really like too especially the sausage that came with it. We got an appetizer with pita, olives, and the daily hummus with was cumin and oregano the hummus was so good we even got some to take with us home. It was my first time ever liking hummus!
I recommend this restaurant without hesitation!!! I ate here last night with my family to celebrate graduation. We were treated with friendly and efficient service and the best Greek food I have ever eaten in Ohio. The dolmades are a must order. They are perfectly cooked and served with the best tzatziki. The octopus was SO GOOD! I had never tried it before and was skeptical, but it’s so flavorful. For my entree I had the moussaka. I can’t express to you how delicious this is! Each bite felt like a warm hug and it was packed with so much flavor. I’m convinced that I had the best meal at the table, although the lamb shank looks delicious. Order the baklava for desert! You won’t regret it! Special shout-out to Amanda who was so kind and helpful! We were a huge party and she was on top of everything!
My lamb burger was extremely good. The side of eggplant was delicious. My wife's chicken lacked flavor and it was very dry. Her Greek fries were very, vert good. The Mythos beer was nice and cold. However, it was very hot in the restaurant which made it very uncomfortable. Our waitress was perfect. The service was excellent. Parking: Great parking
The food is amazing here. I consider this place the only legit Greek restaurant in the Cleveland area, the food was spot on. The owner is very proactive in making sure everyone has a positive dining experience and our server was great. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. The dining area is on the small side, so making reservations is highly suggested.
