Talbot has a nice calm atmosphere, it's clean and bright and the residents that I talked to are happy with the staff and the care they receive. The staff is always willing to listen to the residents, family and each other. Everyone from nursing, the kitchen, and the office staff do all they can to make the residents happy and comfortable, I would recommend Arcadia to my friends and family.
The staff here are so wonderful. The Facility is clean. Good food. Bailey, the admission personnel is very accommodating, understanding, kind and helps us with any concerns to keep my dad happy. Bailey, thank you so so much. Shelby, the head nurse. She is kind and so sweet. She’s always on top of everything. She’s hard worker and always keep me updated with my dad’s health and any medication changes. Thank you, Shelby. Jeanine helps cut my dad’s nails. Sidney helps cut my dad’s hair. Andrea is wonderful and sweet. I saw her helps another patient cutting his foods into small pieces because he was struggling. The Janitor lady warn my dad to be careful because she had just sweep the floor. The staffs are very observant of the patient’s safe. Really just all valuable employees. Forgive me, I can’t remember all of you and your names that help caring for my dad. Thank you PT and OC. All were great. Thank you Arcadia medical resort of renton.
I have a relative who was admitted to to this resort and I wanted to compliment a housekeeping staff for their work. Her name is Hermilina.B and I loved her service. I also wanted to thank the schedule coordinator, because she was always on top of things. Her name is Windy and her service was excellent. Overall the nurses, aid’s, and all staff was accommodating and helpful to us. I recommend this place for sure.
The staff here were wonderful. Very clean. Management so nice. Shelby head nurse so kind. Good food. Lots of fun activities to do. Bingo, painting movies on the big screen. Good food ect.! Id like to mention some special people.Nurse Sally, loved her. Also nurse Fangie.But all were very helpful. Pablo theNAR, as well as Andrea. Stacy head of activities and her staff, Emily and Kelly. Lots fo fun. Kitchen manager Celeste,and kitchen head cook Charanjit was so good to me. Thanks to my friend Layla who cut my hair and helped me. Celia my social worker who took care of me. Really just all valuable employees. Thank you physical therapy. All were great. Thank you Arcadia medical resort of renton.
All staff were gracious and compassionate to my brother that was receiving post hospital care. The staff adhered to mask protocol. While there, he enjoyed his time at the establishment.
I have worked with Krista and Jane twice in social services and they are the best. They care about the patients and go above and beyond. Good and timely communications and gets back to me right away. Always willing to assist.
This Rehab center is one of the best places in the Seattle area. Located a stone's throw from Valley Hospital, they are some of the nicest people in the rehabilitation realm. Amazing staff, social workers, and a great Administrator and they really have an amazing attention to detail to help a person rehab and get better. I have seen some absolutely amazing results of their patients going there and then being able to go home earlier than expected because of their commitment to helping someone get better. My mother was there less than 2 months. They lost her specialized wheelchair and her wedding ring. I keep getting the runaround and no resolution from management. Do not use this facility! Something is wrong with their management.
The environment here is so comfortable and natural. Every single staff member was respectful, welcoming, and professional. They took care of my brother exceptionally. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a high quality medical resort. I also really enjoyed the service of the social work team. They gave their time out of their lives to help us. They were kind and respectful with my family and brother. I really appreciate them going above and beyond with the service.
I believe my two months I spent at Arcadia Medical Resort we're a real blessing to me. I might not of had any place to go if they had not approved & allowed me to be admitted their. My apartment, drug using friend, not friends/enemies of God, loving their sins & loving keeping me in sin with them & alcohol & drugs waiting to finish destroying my life waiting for me. I overall had great care, from the social workers, the nursing staff, the CNA's, and the rest of the staff. Management was available to me to discuss my care & hear my concerns. They also made rounds & came to me to discuss my care & ask if I had and problems or concerns that I needed to discuss with them. I always had three great meals a day, a beverage cart available to me, & snacks were available to me in-between meals. I thank God for bringing me here & allowing me to rededicate my life back to Him. Jane Arcadia Social Worker helped me out a lot while I was here & now she is helping me to discharge out to a wonderful place in Poulsbo, we're I will get all the help I need to live the rest of my life according to God's will!
