Talladega Quality Health Care

I've read the other reviews and I will agree that the wait can be a little long. With that being said, there is only one CRNP on duty at this facility. The owners need to give her help. I would never want to go to a clinic where the physician walks in and talks to me for 2 minutes and leaves so he or she can see everyone in a timely manner. The staff was genuinely concerned and helpful. The CRNP was amazing. She sat with me for at least ten minutes hearing my concerns and trying to help me. Everyone working there was very sweet and extremely polite. I got there at 9:30 and left at nearly 12, but the wait was worth having all my concerns cared for. I highly recommend this facility and the sweet staff.

My wife has heart disease and was having chest pains and blood pressure issues and had a appointment and has sat in a room by herself for over two and a half hour's before she was ever seen by anyone !!!!! Absolutely ridiculous !!! I've sat and watched staff not come back from lunch until 1:50 pm. With a heart patient sitting in a room since 11:30 am and not seen until 2:10 pm. Completely ridiculous. Whoever is over this practice needs to address the care given here !!!!

They are very helpful and attentive to your concerns and needs. The staff is amazing!

I had an appointment here a month ago and it went very well. The staff was super friendly and understanding. Only downside was the wait time for the appointment but it was understandable because they are low staff but other than that you will get treated well here!

been here 2 hours and no one else in parking lot but me for an hour im worried my wife wont get treated right its a terrible place to come for help if your not the right race. talladega location never seen the lack of caring in my life its a shame! i hope the Good Lord guides us to a place that will help us.

I was at quality of life Talladega office on November 1st 2019 my appointment was at 10am arrived there early was in the backroom before 11:30am never seen the Dr!!!!! I left at 1pm because I hadn't eaten and is a diabetic . I feel this place could be better at seeing patients. It shouldn't take three or 4hrs to see the Dr no one never came to the room, they think that you're unaware of the time that you sit in that room waiting on the Dr once they have went to lunch. This is really unprofessional where can I email higher up. This wasn't at the Dentist office it was the healthcare office. Where is Ashley Sullivan

I wish I was able to rate this place LOWER THAN POOR! RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! They did not even have a doctor in the building! They have a very rude nurse practitioner who did not even LAY A FINGER ON ME!!! She stood across the room with her arms across her chest and listened to me with a smirk on her face. When I finished talking she said there wasn't anything they could do and for me to come back in 6 weeks! I thought I was getting help but just ended up wasting my money! I WOULD NOT suggest you go there!!!

Love the staff in this place. They have always been so good to me. Sam, Aretha, and the 2 nurses in the back plus the dentist. She can be hard on me sometimes, but she's over all a great dentist. If these people are rude to u, then u must be the one causing them to be. I love the staff. We always laugh and cut up with each other when I'm there. And Mrs Aretha, I owe u that lunch!

receptionist didn't even know that an all kids and medicaid application were the same application.. tried to correct me and knew less about her job than I did.. and this location is for turning those in...

Don’t waste your time or the 25$ it cost to see the doctor here. Waited 5 hours to see the physician. Then they can’t write any pain medicine even if all your arms and legs are broke. I have mild anxiety and in order to get my klonopin refilled you’ll have to see a counselor three times then see their psychologist... -5 stars.
