The reviews are correct. They will not call back. 10 months of leaving messages for an appt, 3 referrals, and I am now on my 4th message to the office manager who doesn't call back either. This practice lacks professionalism, follow thru, and is grossly mismanaged. Update: I was able to recieve an appt and now at the 11 month since this began. They canceled just now at the appt time and they offered another appt 2 more weeks out.. We are now at 5 messages for the office manager who still has never returned my call. I managed to get the appt by calling the provider line and a nurse getting someone to call me back.
Had my procedure on April 26, 2022 and it was an amazing experience. The doctors, nurses, and support staff were very attentive and kind. Never been treated like this before, no negative comments to report.
Been waiting for over two hours to be called in for my appointment. They called everyone else back for their appointment before me. They didn't want to make anyone else mad. Very poor reception service. They apologized for forgetting to inform staff that I was here.
