My car started having problems very close to here . Called and explained what was happening and Raymond said to come by, he would check it out . We found it pretty easy and he got us in as soon as we pulled up . He found out what was wrong, got the part and installed it right away. He was fast and honest. I would highly recommend coming here

These gentlemen are awesome. They are trustworthy and honest. They will not take advantage of you even if you are a woman with no knowledge of vehicle maintenance or mechanics. I've taken all my vehicles to them from my 1973 Mustang to my 2004 Acura TL, and they've always resolved and troubleshooted my problems. The mechanics work with you in every aspect, they allow you to shop for parts if you feel more comfortable purchasing the part yourself, from the dealer, or they will give you options on parts depending on your budget, without compromising quality. They are what mechanics used to be and should be nowadays. They have always offered me the best price, quality parts, always with an honest smile, and I've been going to them since 1993. Although they are primarily Spanish speaking, they are able to communicate well enough to tell you whats wrong with your vehicle. Plus, if you live or work within a 5 mile radius, they will offer you a ride if you ask they will probably take you even further : I recommend them to everyone, regardless of where you live. These guys are true honest gentlemen...

I've been going to Valdez and Valdez for many years and can honestly say that I do not trust anyone else with my vehicles. They are very honest and will diagnose your car on the spot. They work with you and provide alternate solutions on getting your car repaired. Although I am a woman, I feel super comfortable in knowing I can easily drive in with out hesitation and knowing I won't get ripped off! The first time i googled and valdez shop appeared on my screen. Decided to take my car to them and ever since i take all my cars to them! I sell cars and i trust valdez with every single one of them.... very nice, they do great jobs.
