Jennifer Halle Ross: As first time home buyers searching for a home out of state would have been a very stressful process but we were very fortunate to have Jen walk us through the whole process every step of the way. Prior to meeting Jen we tried to work with other realtors from Florida but none of them we’re a good fit for us because they treated us like a number whereas Jen got to know us as a person and as a family. I don’t know what we would have done without her. Jen was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and attentive to her clients needs. She really listened to what we were looking for and nailed it! She is truly amazing! We can’t thank her enough for all the hard work she put in to helping us find our dream home. The fact that she went out of her way to help a military family is incredible! I would highly recommend Jen if you are selling or looking to buy a home.
Brittiny Blatz was our realtor and we were buying sight unseen, Brittiny was our eyes on the house hunt. What a mistake that was! The house we purchased is a mess! Anyone would had seen the mess this house is in.Brittiny didn’t see or mention any obvious issues, electrical, flooring, the cooktop not working, garage door not working,irrigation pump not working. The list goes on, Brittiny is not ethical or knowledgeable real estate agent. Do not trust what she says , she is only looking to make a sale. Take your money and run. The whole process was a nightmare.
I have only been speaking with Jason and his assistant Tracy for a couple of days. They have been understanding, honest, and very professional. They care about ones well being and the stand by their promises. I would recommend any and everyone to them.
Realtor sold a 95 year old widow's house to the realtors company, for $100,000 under comp. The house was in a reverse mortgage, so the widow was secured until she passes away, yet the realtor sold the house and gave the widow a year to find alternative accomodation. Really. She turned to me for help. This sale should never have happened. I have reported the realtor accordingly. Shameful.
Jason and Renee Coley are the best. I have been buying and selling houses with them since 2008. They also manage properties for you if you have rentals. I still turn to them with real-estate questions. Just give them a call.
I wish I could give negative stars to this business. They took advantage of my family when we were moving from out of state with a new born baby. Burt the realtor knew we would not be able to see the place before move in and used that to his advantage and took deceiving photos of the rental. My budget was $1000 per month and I asked for a safe neighborhood and clean home to rent. He miserably failed. When i told Jason this he assured me Burt would not have said the neighborhood was safe because they aren't legally allowed. So multiple times he illegally told me it was a safe placd to raise a 1 month old baby. Not only did they lie about things and rip us off, but they were also very disorganized through the entire process. Burt never seemed to know what was going on and initially I thought the unit was a 1 story home and they changed it to a unit with people living above us. I specifically ask if they're kid friendly, nice family and he tells me yes. I get there and the kids are running and jumping with no supervision, the unit was filthy and the neighborhood was the worst I've ever been in. How could a newborn baby sleep through that noise? Even my dogs were scared to walk into this building. When it was all said and done the realtor took no responsibility for screwing over me and the owner of the property. We lost out on large amounts of money due to negligence and constant lies. They refunded us a portion but we lost out on so much money initially when moving across the country. To this day i do not understand who would take advantage of a family like that, especially with a newborn.
Jason and the team are the best. They sold one of our properties. The process was quick and painless. Thank so much!
