Shawn gave us a quote over the phone and had the check ready for us when we arrived. He gave us a fair price and he was as friendly as could be. It was one of the was one of the easiest and fastest transactions I have ever experienced.

Sold me a lemon of a van. Got it in October, I've driven it maybe 5 times and it won't crank now. Second time I cranked the van it started throwing a bunch of codes.

Loved this dealership.  Very friendly and knowledgeable salesman.  Stayed late on a Saturday afternoon to let us look at everything we were interested in.  NO pressure.  Good assortment of vans and price ranges.  Although we didn't buy there, if we were closer we live in Melbourne we might have. It was our #1 choice as it had everything we wanted except a transfer seat.  The #2 choice was similar but the transfer seat won out over heated seats along with being 100 miles closer if we had issues.  If you are on the west coast of Florida, make sure to consider them.

My daughter lit up when I took her outside to show her the new van made just for her! Ben and Cindy are both amazing. The customer service is phenomenal. I had a little issue with a sensor after I purchased the vehicle, called Ben and he said bring it in and it was fixed with no hassle. Cindy walked me through the paperwork and assisted with the financing. She had the registration and tag switched over when I picked the van up. I highly recommend Triple S Mobility for your next accessible van purchase.

I was referred to them about selling my wheelchair accessible van. They came and picked it up to look at it. And couldn't even figure out how to get it started I had to go out and show them how to take it the emergency brake off in order to get it out of gear. A few days later I got a call that they couldn't get the Hydraulics to work. I told him just bring my van back if they couldn't figure it out because the Hydraulics work fine. They brought the van back rather than try to listen to me as to how to get some to work those directions right on the back door. I don't think they know what they're doing. They brought the van back and gave me the keys and left. The next morning I went out and check the Hydraulics and sure enough they work just fine. I had the service records for every oil change and every good or service that had been done on the van from the time it was built till today's date in the center console of the van I always kept it there in case I needed it for anything. When they brought the band back the records were missing. I called them as soon as I realized that they were gone. They said they'd look and call me back. They call me back a half hour later saying that no one touched anything and then never saw them. Now all my records are gone! I wouldn't trust this company I think they're bunch of crooks! Then they started saying that all the lights were on on the dashboard for the check engine and blah blah blah. I had already told them when they picked it up that I hadn't had that run on the computer and they everything checked out and that the man told me that it was just a fuse and it was nothing to worry about. They don't know what they're doing and I wouldn't trust them with my bicycle let alone a complex vehicle like a wheelchair accessible van.

Triple S is all about quality.  I can personally attest to the quality of workmanship they put into their product, and their service.  I have had a business relationship with them for 5 years and have witnessed consistent quality in every van.  Triple S is "American Ingenuity" at it's finest!

Very helpful getting us a wheelchair van to rent at the last minute. Good walk through to show us how to use it. Easy in and easy out. Friendly and helpful.
