If I could give a - I would. Horrible,horrible, horrible people. Will be calling higher authorities. They messed my hair so bad. And I call and try to get ahold of them to fix it and get a refund and they say they’re going to file harassment charges for me trying to get it fixed. Here’s some before and afters. They’re horrible people. And complain the whole time while cutting your hair. Absolutely do not ever go

I really like the convenience of online check-in. It reduces the wait time inside the salon. However, I was disappointed in the haircut as it was not what was requested. The request was for a fade and ended up with a balding buzz cut on sides and backs, resembling a high and tight. I will go back but request a different person to cut hair.

Friendly and clean business. Alex is our go-to. She has been cutting my son's hair for 3ish years. She's always full of smiles and easy to talk to. She always delivers on haircuts.

I will never use this place again. The stylists never listen, they do the opposite of what I ask for and they always cut too much of my hair and then I have to start all over again. For example, I was there a week ago and I asked the hairstylist just to cut an inch off the top because it was long and instead she cut about 2 or 3 inches off and it looks like my hair is all buzzed off. I also asked to leave enough to spike it and there is not enough to spike it at all. Now I have to start all over again. Also a month ago a hairstylist messed up my sideburns and beard, and I had to shave it all off. Been coming here ever since I moved here a year and a half ago ,but I am not coming back. I’ll probably just drive back to Tulsa to get a haircut. I’ve only had two decent haircuts from one of your stylists, but I guess she’s not there anymore. Every time I go here they make my bangs too short and blunt... My bangs look like I had a 5 year old cut them off. I can't style them because they are so short, I feel terrible. I've only had one good experience hear, and always dread getting a haircut when I come here... Guess I'll be wearing a hat for the next 3 weeks.

Went to get my daughters hair dons for father darling dance last minute decision. The lady where awesome Nd helpfully made my baby feel so special...  and had  no problem to help one another

Was able to walk right in and get a quick haircut. Kate was courteous and professional.  She did a great job.

We had a great experience at Great Clips! Donna did a great job cutting her hair just like the picture! We will be back!

Got right in and got haircut. Everyone was very friendly. Great place!

I normally do not have an issue with great clips, but this time once I got home and realize what my hair look like, I am actually kind of devastated. There was like a communication in this haircut. Instead of taking small steps to see if the customer even liked it, they just took the biggest step of all and completely butchered my head like I have been crying for the last four hours because of how devastated I am of my haircut, I’ve never been so embarrassed of a haircut and it really looks like no one gave a care in the world like it clearly is not a good looking haircut and no one decided to stop my hairdresser or say Anything! I will most likely not go to great clips ever again, and to be honest, I might never cut my hair again, unless it’s a trim
