I have lived here for a few months and I have to say I made the absolute right choice! The place is beautiful all the time, the staff is very quick to help with all questions and repairsif any are done same day. Being a single mom Is hard and being here makes it easy. He loves the pool and to see all the animals. Neighbors are respectful and easy to talk to. My son and I have made so many new friends!
Our leasing experience at the residences at lake park was great, especially with Sammy La Rosa. She was great at helping us finding our first place that we can call home here in Tampa, Florida. She is so patient and we do appreciate all that she does for us!
Beyond pleased with my lease here at Tapestry. The staff has been nothing but gracious and helpful and the amenities are amazing. I’ve never had to complain about noise or quality of the actual apartments. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance request it was filled within 24 hours. My boyfriend and I love living here and plan to resign next year!!
I had an appointment with Sammi La Rosa to tour an apartment at Residences at Lake Park. From the moment I contacted her via email, I was highly impressed with her professionalism and communication skills. She was quick to respond to my emails. Her emails were in depth and very helpful. On the tour, Sammi was very detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. Sammi was a true pleasure to work with!
Tapestry Lake Apartments in Lutz Florida has been 'home' for me since early 2017. I made this choice before Xmas of 2016 and I am grateful to have chosen this place that has given me so much joy, security & sense of belonginess in the community. You always feel ‘welcomed’ at Tapestry. The décor and layout of the apartments, the cleanliness and ease of support enabled by a wonderful staff makes the living complete. The East side, facing to the Woods, braces the morning sunrise in full glow which I have enjoyed to the fullest. Besides the many amenities of a gym, car wash, swimming pool, etc. within the property, it’s the wonderful community feeling that one experiences and which, I cherish utmost at Tapestry. The staff are always helpful, looking to ways of connecting its residents through various avenues be it a food-truck pulling over or a monthly event ; life is never routine here. The serenity & location of Tapestry Apartments at the intersection of Dale Mabry & Exciting Idlewild Blvd in Lutz makes access to Schools, Parks, Grocery stores and even to the Airport quite easy. I would highly recommended Tapestry Apartments for people seeking an enjoyable living. Thank You Tapestry.
I’ve visited over 20 different places to inquire about moving there, but my experience at the “residences at lake park” has more than surpassed my expectations! I’ve been juggling with a few different apartments to decide what place fits best for me. But from the moment I walked in the lake park leasing office, I was very well taken care of! One of the leasing agents “Sammi” was very helpful! She was very polite and answered all the questions I had. She took the time to show me around the property and explained everything I need to know in every detail. I’ve experienced situations when the leasing agent didn’t really care and didn’t show any effort to help. But this wasn’t the case with Sammi. When I left the property, I had peace in my head on where I wanted to move because of the security Sammi gave me while giving me the tour. This place is 100% top notch and I’m forever grateful to Sammi for an exceptional experience!

I've lived here for a few years now and have to say, I LOVE IT! From the cleanliness of the property, to the warm and friendly staff, this place really feels like home. The ladies in the front office are always helpful and kind and the maintenance team shows up right away for any issues I have encountered. The amenities are great and they put on amazing events for us. They are upgrading the community with an exterior paint project and remodeling the clubhouse. I feel confident in saying this is a great place to live and I highly recommend it. Thank you staff!
The management and maintenance staff here are some of the best in the USA. Working for Uncle Sam for 30 years, I’ve rented apartments in Philadelphia, Long Island, Atlanta and Louisville just to name a few. The RLP staff here is better than all my previous experiences. I trust Paige and Sammi and Matt and John: they are like family to me!
Sammie was cheerful and welcoming. She answered all of our questions. We left with a positive feeling about the facility and its environment. We appreciate the time she spent with us.
