Tara Hills mobile park is one of the most attractive parks in East Bay Area. It is well developed. The roads are paved. The area is clean. The quality of land, i think, is good. It is designed for residents ages 55 and up. Therefore, it provides benefits that other mobile parks don't. Inside the park is available the following: community center, heated pool, sauna and many more amenities. it seems the management of the park is experienced. This senior retirement community is relatively affordable.
Nice senior living area. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Update: 8/1/22 I stayed at the mobile home park for a short time, many of the residents are extremely nosey, start rumors, stare you down when just walking past the houses. I've never experienced adults acting so childish in my life. I am thankful I am not a permanent resident there.

My great grandma lives here and I stayed for a while. I walked around outside the park, it's quite ghetto in person and statistically. But the park is well taken care of and offers lots of activities, everyone is friendly, and my grandma takes a political role in helping the community which is good.
It's definitely thee most superb place to live. We're immensely happy, honored and privileged to be residents here!! It's Heaven on earth!! The staff are the best!!
My mother lives here. It's pretty quiet here on the inside and has a nice community room to host parties and what not. However, outside of the mobile park it's pretty ghetto and not in the best part of town.
