I’ve been shopping at this target for over 30 years. It’s kept very clean and organized. They have a great Lego section in the toy section that my kids love to visit. I think a few words of feedback would be that my wife couldn’t find a plain black t shirt for our daughter even tho the app showed it was in stock and where it was supposed to be. I think this is an easy fix and should be solved. Also my wife was interested in buying a phone case but they seemed to be very disorganized or very difficult to understand the organization. They had the Halloween stuff out early which is fun but the shelves were really bare. It could make sense to put up a sign saying coming soon. The checker was helpful and fast. We got something from Starbucks which seemed to be closing very early but they were still able to help us. Overall very happy with this store and very few complaints. Keeping it clean and organized would be my main advice so that wealthier clientele continue to watch to shop here. Sometimes Walmarts get a little trashy but this location definitely represents target well.
Michael provided the greatest service I could’ve ever expected. I was desperate for a MacBook wall adapter and he looked all over for it. He ended up racing it to me while I was checking out after I thought they were sold out. He definitely went above and beyond!
This location is big and has great customer service. They do lack inventory on shelves at times. But, anytime I've needed something not on shelves, someone has helped me locate or retrieved item s from back. The Halloween Section looks very empty. They have too many shelves and not enough product.
It’s your typical Target, well stocked and usually fairly busy. It’s hard finding an employee when you need help as it didn’t seem like they were manned well, though you can usually find what you’re looking for with either the app or following the signs.
Not sure what's happening, but within the last 2-3 months, the clothing areas are always trashed. I didn't get a pic of the clearance section in the back corner of the store, but it looked like a hurricane had passed. We haven't purchased anything from these depts as it's difficult to look through to find sizes.. kinda like a Ross or tj maxx. everything thrown together
This Target is always looking great — the team merchandising this Target sets it apart from the others I’ve seen.
Was able to help me out with my iPad problems. Was very patient and easy to work with. MATTHEW in electronics was great help.
Curbside pickup : Always quick, great customer service, no purchase minimum, and I save 5% with my Target red card
Placed an order before picking up my target order and they cancelled saying they could not prepare. No notification, no options for another selection. I know not a third world problem but I am finding an increase in lack of Customer Service which is becoming more and more prevalent these days. I saved 7 bucks so I guess there is a positive.
Went with a friend to get baby formulas. I got 4 for my baby and they got 4 for their baby, but because we were together they refuse to sell to us and all together we could get only 4 baby formulas for 2 babies half the amount of their policy. It was a bad and embarrassing experience overall.
