Wanted regular checkout but only self checkout was open. On the last item I and the whole screen completely froze. The associate really did try to be helpful but nobody knew who had a key or where any manager was and it took ten minutes for anyone to even respond to her multiple radio calls. Totally ridiculous. Had to rescan everything at another checkout. I appreciate she at least tried but the rest of it was a total cluster. And of course I had a bunch of frozen food and still had a bit of a drive home.
Every visit to the Target in Bainbridge/Aurora is consistently impressive. The staff is always on point, displaying eagerness to assist in any way possible. Any concern or request is addressed promptly, showcasing their commitment to exceptional customer service. This location stands out with its outstanding team. Highly recommended for a hassle-free shopping experience.
I've been shopping between Bainbridge and Streetsboro, and as of today, it's Streetsboro only. I decided to erase everything else I just wrote. The target pickup area was the problem. Staff was just plain ignorant and confrontatonal with 1 customer in front of me.
Horrible customer service. They do not complete even exchanges. I returned an item and the cashier put it back in a gift card instead of my red card. When I re-bought the item originals were defective after running the gift card they stated I still owed $. I told the cashier it was an even exchange and an the price should be adjusted. He called over another worker who said no. I said I just bought the same item and it should be the same price. She said no you used savings. I said no I didn’t. He put it in the gift card preventing me from getting my red card savings. Instead of then adjusting the price. She argued and walked away. RUDE. I’ve never had a problem with returns at Target. This one is turning into a Wal-Mart with the rudeness.
Had some genius throwing my items in the trunk on multiple occasions. Hard does not mean the same thing as fast, but this technical wizard in his infinite wisdoms chose to slum it with the mortals but didn’t like the labor. This magnificent specimen then proceeds to forcefully slam my motorized trunk repeatedly grinding the gears. Then the eagle eye lad proceeds to yell so I can open my window to show pickup confirmation even though the app tells me to keep it up. All jokes aside either borrow some money from daddy or act like you work at Target. I gladly pay extra to avoid the Walmart behavior.
Very nice Target. Clean, organized, and very helpful staff. Currently all employees wear masks due to COVID-19 and the store recommends it for shoppers. All the Christmas items are in store now. The seasonal section is looking a little shopped-over so maybe do your holiday shopping sooner rather than later this year. Was shipping for toys and there were plenty. Was able to find the Jurassic park dinosaur set, play dish set, and coloring books that I was looking for. Check out was easy with lots of lines open. My cashier was very friendly and nice.
Ridiculously rude. Accused me of trying to scam the customer service desk when I asked for a price match. They stated if they could find it in their system, they'd match. They found it, and still denied the match saying they won't match at high dollar amounts was about $150 difference on a laptop when compared to bestbuy I have never scammed any business. Working the system, yes, but it was their policy I was using. Manager was abrupt and rude. Customer service rep accused me of trying to scam them
This Target is fantastic and customer friendly. Each time I needed help the staff was available to assist. The store was clean and well stock and at checkout the staff greeted you and ask did you find everything ok.
This Target has undergone a redesign recently and looks so nice. It's brighter, more organized, more open, and offers fresh grocery options. After a very long wait, I'm so happy the options to purchase items like bananas, onions, lettuce and tomatoes are now available while shopping for everyday items. Helps so much if I'm not wanting to do a full grocery shopping run.
Do not buy gift cards from this location. There is a very good chance that the money will be taken by scammers as soon as the card is activated. This has happened to me and other members of my family. When my sister called target to get refunded they gave her the runaround and told her that they would get back to her after 5 days.
