10-01-2022 Like every other Target. Very busy. Good prices. However, I have noticed food prices going up no matter where I shop.
I love this Target! I am here daily as a personal shopper and everyone is so friendly and helpful! I especially love the older gentleman who runs the self checkout in the mornings - he’s always cracking jokes and just an overall enjoyable energy to be around. I also appreciate how inclusive they are when it comes to hiring people from all walks of life and how queer-friendly the store is. Any time I need help finding something, someone is always available, even if I have to go looking for a bit. Returns and online pickups have always been super easy and straightforward. I do wish they would hire more people for the clothing department because that is the trickiest to navigate and find things. Reading over some of the negative reviews, I believe people just have their expectations way too high for what a Target should do for them. It’s just a retail store; the employees are trying their best to make it a positive experience while making an honest living for themselves. I don’t expect things to always be perfect, smooth or fast, but the people there will actively assist you in trying to solve any issues that may arise.
Target product prices are lower than most and have great customer care. I am very happy with their free park and pickup service where they bring your order to the car... Very convenient!
The optical department evaluated my vision very well and the lens fit excellent. Also the services of Luis Marquez not only handling my fit and order, but completed the impossible repair of another pair of glasses I had mangled sitting on. Five stars no doubt !
EXCEPTIONAL service at the customer help desk. Team Leader Sarah and her colleague went above and beyond to help my husband and I recover some wedding registry gifts that went missing during transport. After countless phone calls to Target customer service that got us nowhere, we went to the Target in Boulder for some in-person assistance. Sarah spent all the time necessary helping us navigate the online registry and getting us the refunds we needed to purchase the gifts that were lost. She was patient, good-natured, and didn't stop until the problem was solved. I do NOT recommend using a Target wedding registry after experiencing their terrible online/phone customer service, but I absolutely recommend the Boulder Target store. Thank you, Sarah!!
!WARNING! from my sources I have heard Target sells bricked PlayStation 5, and so just to be on your guys safe side be sure to check it out, and everything before buying it, and having to spend gas money to return them... also I heard as well that they aren't like the original PlayStation 5 also they are the god of war Raganorck Eddition!
Target does a great job of merchandising, and is a one stop shop for many items. Excellent customer service and returns made easy if needed.
Sold me expired baby food. Well I should have checked the Best Buy or expiry date but I presumed target would not sell expiry products specially baby food. I have been shopping at target for over 10 years. Please check the expiry date before you buy eatable from any store.
Always a bad experience with Target. This store is dirty, unorganized, and staff has been rude. But even with the online shopping, their guarantee with 2-day shipping is a complete lie. They have pushed back my shipping day two times now, coming 6 days later after purchasing. I would rather just be told the actual shipping date estimate rather than just be misled.
Store was very clean an easy to shop, I bought 4 items in the 1$/3$ section, I rang up the 3$ item 3 times instead of the $1 item so I was actually paying more the security caused me of not ringing up the $3 item which was actually in term what I did 3 times I didn’t appreciate him hovering over me as he was not doing that to anyone else around me I feel I was being profiled an I don’t appreciate that when I’m shopping I am a target shopper it’s my very favorite store but I will not return to this one as I don’t want to be treated as a thief especially as I was actually paying $3 more than what I was supposed to not $3 less
