Like others have stated, the store is a mess. I do feel bad for the employees, they looked to be fixing things as quickly as possible but shoppers were destroying the items faster than they could clean. I ended up leaving without purchasing in store since things were out of place and couldn't find what I needed even after checking stock online. I'll shop online and have it shipped instead.
Amazing! We did a toys for tots event, spent 1000s of dollars and all the ladies and management were very nice and even helped out a bit. Thank you so much for your dedication to this kids and the needs they have! Much love target much love!
In the past I loved the store, every time I go in there now, there are long lines, the store is a mess. Pick up takes forever. Management doesn't seem to care. I'm upset because target and this store was 5 stars. Last time I was in there there were tons of carts in almost every aisle filled with items.
This is the worst target in the world. Dirty is an understatement. One pet aisle literally smells of rot and decay. Other aisles are unorganized dusty and sometimes full of carts of random stuff. Constantly understaffed and what little staff they have are usually on their phones or undertrained. Patrons are rude and push their carts into you for no reason or clog up the whole aisle with their family.
This Target is a disaster, always messy & disorganized, never have items stocked, the lines take forever, and the pickup option is at least a half hour wait. I dread having to go here–it’s always a last resort for me. Employees seem overworked and understaffed. I do hope they turn things around.
This was a really wonderful Target up until about 2 years ago. Now most of the aisles look like this because of a certain group of shoppers that don’t care about anyone but themselves. I feel bad for the employees, there is no way for them to keep the store clean and tidy. There are also multiple theft prevention employees walking around the store, I guess stealing has gone way up… Really an unpleasant experience overall.
My daughter and I went to the Target in Brick after we ordered a 3.1 cubic feet mini-refrigerator. Target delivered a smaller one two us and we returned it. My daughter is going to college next week and the fridge was for her dorm room. So, we just wanted to correct sized fridge. Phyllis in Customer Service was very helpful in helping with the situation. Joy, a floor worker was the true hero this day. Despite the system indicating that our 3.1 fridge was located in a specific aisle, it was not. Joy searched the entire back stock room for about ten minutes and finally found my daughter's 3.1 mini-fridge. Everyone at the store wen above and beyond, including the front end manager who apologized for the wrong item being shipped was not her fault. This calmed my daughter's nerves as she was concerned that she would not have the fridge to move in. Too often people just post complaints, I just wanted to say thanks to everyone here!
So I was looking for a vinyl on 9/24/22 at 2:00. I went into the tech section, and the employees there are unwilling to do their jobs. I asked if they could assist me in my search, and he looked around the CD section. As in, I requested vinyl. I understand you don't want to work, but if you must, at least be helpful to the customer.
This store has been on a decline since pre-Covid. Very understocked; they discontinued many items I used to buy dog food; hairspray; food items; snacks. It used to be one practically a one stop shop for me, but not anymore. It seems dirtier despite their upgrades, which are sloppy and unappealing. We now have an Ulta where there was a larger selection of kids clothes. Really? We have a big store in Brick. I wouldn’t buy any Ulta items from Target. Whoever has made these changes, put them back!
I am about to stop shopping here, the grocery shelves are ALWAYS half empty. Forget about the produce, frozen foods, toilet paper, paper towels and the list goes on. Who ever is running the grocery end of the store needs some more training. I thought Target wanted to expand their grocery department, not turn customers away. UP DATE. 05-09-19 Today I went to Target with a small list of five ordinary household items to purchase. I checked their web page to insure the item I needed were in stock. Well only THREE of the FIVE items that their web page said they had, were in stock. i feel like I was screwed and wasted my time when I could have just gone down the road and got everything I wanted. I don't know who runs this store but whomever it is should be demoted. How can you operate a store when a customer can only purchase 40% of their shopping list? Can anyone imagine how much money this store loses in sales everyday because of unstocked shelves? I would try to avoid this store at all costs. Review update 05-20-19. I went back to this store to pick up a few items like seltzer in cans and they did not have any. I added a few photos to show what the store looked like at 1:30 in the afternoon.
