Management is failing this Target location. They've decided to lock everything up, but there aren't nearly enough staff with keys to unlock the cases. There are never enough cashiers, so even the self-checkout has a line 15-20 long. I'll be shopping somewhere else until you unlock the toiletries and home goods. Good riddance, Target.
This Target use to be great and was noticeably cleaner and regularly stocked compared to the Atlantic Ave location when it first opened. Unfortunately they’ve started locking up more and more items behind glass doors toothpaste, deodorant, laundry detergent, etc. and requiring assistance from associates that are never around. Save yourself the trip and go to the nearby Whole Foods or bodega or order online.
I recently visited Target and was very impressed with my experience. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a wide selection of merchandise. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I was able to find everything I was looking for quickly and easily.
Located on second floor. Store seems fully stocked. Prices are better than some supermarkets nearby. There is a Starbucks near the exit. They sell Lego sets in the toys section in the corner. Lots of self checkout machines. Separate lines for pickup and returns.
Over 3 years into the pandemic, and this Target is still constantly out of stock of 1000s of items. I can't believe they still cannot keep the shelves filled when most other stores seem to be caught up. And on top of that, they've started locking many items behind glass, so even if they do carry what you need, good luck getting an employee to let you buy it. There is truly no point in even bothering with this store. Guaranteed you will not get all, or any, of what you came in for.
Always have clean dressing rooms and the staff is very helpful to exchanges in sizes. Always open late so that’s a plus since I work late nights and always need to get a few supplies before heading home. Great deals and specials weekly so this is my go to place in an emergency for laundry detergents and soap.
This is a pretty decent sized Target store for where it is located. I recommend going early during the weekday to avoid crowds. The store is well lit and they have attentive staff. There is an adequate amount of self checkout and cashier checkout available. Unfortunately, several items I wanted to grab were out of stock so that made the trip less productive.
Store is nice, well stocked, and clean. Customer service and management is severely lacking. It's often unstaffed, and employees just walk by looking at people on the line. Tonight we waited over 15 minutes before someone came to the service desk, and there were 8 people on the line. Also, they often don't meet the two hour pickup window. Even when items are in stock and you show up after the two hours, they just tell you to continue waiting until the order is ready -- or to go find the items yourself, buy them, and cancel the pickup order. Target corporate should review this store and install better management.
I’ll write this review while I wait in the toothpaste aisle for an employee that is probably too busy opening cabinets for everyone else due to the problem I’m about to describe. This target used to be good. Then they started putting stuff behind locked cabinets like toothpaste. The shelves are stocked for sure because absolutely nobody can actually get the product anymore, so mission accomplished? I just buzzed for toothpaste for the third time. I would say go somewhere else unless it’s just groceries, as I’ve spent more time waiting for someone to help me get toothpaste than the entire target trip would take. EDIT: after maybe 5 minutes there was a group of 5 of us commiserating about how great it is we can all look at the toothpaste but can’t buy it.
Managers need to place more than one key-holding associate to cover the entire health, beauty and pharmacy sections. Or god forbid a manager themselves actually do some work ad assist. Impossible to buy a simple bottle of Claritin in less than 30 minutes. Hope sales suffer enough that the store goes out of business and they replace it with a methadone clinic/library that only lets you in if you make under $25,000 a year. Inshallah may Target Inc. be subsequently purchased by the proud nation of Iran and its executives subject to a weekly Jizya.
