I had a great experience in Makeup. The woman stocking on October 19th morning shift helped me choose a lipstick. She was very knowledgeable about the different types of lipsticks and glosses as well as very polite. I didn't get her name, but it was nice to have help to speed up the process of having to choose what I needed.
So I normally LOVE drive up cause I feel like I spend less by not going inside and adding stuff I don’t need and also it’s convenient. Downfall, anytime there is a promotion I never get my gift card. I was suppose to get a $5 gift card with my purchase and they didn’t give it to me. I am trying to call and no matter what department I pick the phone just rings and rings. I’ll waste more in gas so I guess I’ll just take the L this time. 2nd downfall, sometimes the items they pick are not the best. My bananas are sad looking and beat up : looks like they were smooshed in a shelf with all other items. Beware about your promos and items!
Target has really been lacking lately they have workers standing around and taking all over the store, but take forever for pickup orders. Besides having to cancel orders to pick them myself I guess I rather shop here than Walmart cause it’s not as busy plus target circle is convenient
Another average size outlet of Target. Inside you get a pizza hut, Starbucks, CVS pharmacy, photo center, optometrist, and a customer service center. Like most Target outlets the fresh section is smaller than the ones you find in small neighborhood markets. I guess you cannot put everything you want in a single store but they can do more with fresh produce.
The store only had one register open today and all the check outs were also open however the line was very long . No manager or supervisor in site. The wait time was awful
Drive-up has the best guest services and are life savers when I can't physically shop in store.
Worst Target! They have a bunch of rude employees and every time I do an order pick up, items are damaged or expired or completely missing. I have seen The employees here argue with customers on multiple occasions and act like they were about to start a backyard brawl. Then there’s the other factor of having to worry about your safety in the parking lot and hope you can get your purchase done before someone breaks into your car. The reason we try to do order pickup when going to this location but then we have the issues mentioned above with expired, missing or damaged items.
I've shopped at Target ever since they have been in California. I even worked at one store 195 in the early 90s. My visits to Chino Grand are generally 4 plus stars every time. This past weekend was just a two star visit. Our cashier Ryan may have been out of his element in that particular role. He had zero urgency, was not engaging and our time in line was at least twice as long as it should have been. Maybe another position, other than cashier, might be more suiting.
Jaslie at the customer service return was really rude and unprofessional. Had a bad experience trying to return some stuff I bought with my credit card. Won't be going to this Target location ever again.
This Target needs to get there act together with order pick up. I always avoid this Target if I need a pickup order soon. Other targets have no problem fulfilling orders in a timely manner. Often times other Targets fulfill orders within 1 hour. This target however drags butt about fulfilling pickups. Even if I order 1 thing, it still takes several hours to get ready.
