Did a return was fast, friendly, and convenient. Also used drive up for a school outfit my daughter needed for school. Was ready within 20 minutes of placing the order. Drive up person was fast and friendly. Will use this Target when driving thru the area again.
Greatly disappointed at the customer service here. No one was willing to honor Target’s online promotion, even when it was clearly advertised and came up on their devices. Team lead kept making excuses and wouldn’t honor Target’s price match policy. Extremely upsetting.
Not the biggest of Targets but still has most of what is needed. Parking lot is small and cramped.
It's me Boyfriend 27 again! This Target is what made me start buying from Target more often. They have an amazing gaming section for me a Nintendo Switch Gamer and then I get a snack for later that night. It's always clean whenever I go there, and they always have my favorite snacks there. I always go here :
Staff at this location were helpful, store was stocked with the items I was looking for. I had to stop at the pharmacy, which is a CVS btw, and the pharmacist was readily available to answer my questions.Parking spacePlenty of parkingParking optionsFree parking lot
They’re pretty much done having any cashiers and don’t care when the self checkout line backs up. Grocery stock has been limited but ok, produce is bad most places. General merch selection is fair. Checkout really is the only pain. If you’re not going to pay your employees to cashier why do you expect us to do it for free? You’re certainly not “passing on the savings”.
Grocery shelves always empty, long checkout lines with only 1 cashier open. Target excuse-no one wants to work.
They refused to sell me an unassembled bicycle claiming that a liability policy prevented from doing so. The pre-assembled bicycle on the rack was poorly put together and I did not trust that a proper job had been done. While contacting guest services to follow up on this issue, I was told that there was no such policy and can only deduce that the Store Director had lied to me. Poor service and sloppy standards are forgivable since they can be improved with training and leadership, but lying to customers is a choice, and when a store director makes that choice, I choose to shop elsewhere UPDATE 5/10/22 After contacting Target Guest Services to register my displeasure with the service I received, I was eventually connected to "Brandon" who claims he researched and was unable to find such a policy regarding the sale of unassembled bikes. He also assured me that the situation would be looked into and that Target would follow up with me once they have additional information. This was on March 20th. So far it has taken them almost 2 months to investigate this situation and they have unable to provide me with an update. Unless the purpose of a Guest Relation Specialist is to lie more in order to pacify the upset customer. Not only did I get abysmal service from the store, but also from the people who deal with the complaints when "guests" get abysmal service.
They had VERY LIMITED sizing for clothes. My shopping trip took twice as long just trying to find my size. Unbelievable. I also noticed almost all of the shirts here for women are crop top…as if no-one wears regular length shirts anymore. I wont be shopping here at this location anymore.
Employees are educated in customer service. I really appreciate when a company has great customer service. I was originally going to go to walmart, but they did not have a sophisticated phone application, and they did not have the product I was looking for. Targets phone application made it incredibly easy to find the item I was looking for. More than just an aisle letter and number, the application had a map that you could zoom in on to find exactly where your item is located. The school supplies here are high quality and have a large variety. The bullseye section has some quality products that are only $1-$5 each.
