They have a.good selection of merchandise in store. But the company website will get you a better verity of somethings. When I needed a new can opener there was a very small selection in store. Was able to find a better one online. But they have a very clean store for shopping and picking up that spur of the moment item.
Here’s the reality of the target at metro crossing. Picture this, 20 people waiting to checkout, some with one item some with an entire cart full. All 20 are standing in the same self checkout line because there isn’t a single actual target employee behind the dozen other registers. You have no choice but to stand there, waiting, waiting, waiting. Due to this experience, I will not be shopping here again. You might as well just order everything off Amazon and save your precious time.
Okay, so I tried Target curbside again and this time they were quick, guy that helped me was on point.. all around good experience.
I've shopped at this Council Bluffs location weekly for years. Tonight they didn't have a SINGLE checkout lane open. How are you supposed to checkout a whole cart of groceries in the self-checkout lane without it taking forever? I immediately went to Hy-Vee less than a mile away - they had 10 lanes open and employees even standing around! With all of the price increases Target has made, Hy-Vee is comparable in prices. Target wants to claim they are short staffed but I just don't buy it. I think they aren't hiring new employees and schedule the bare minimum on purpose to cut staffing costs. I tried to be patient during the holidays, standing in line for 30 minutes to check-out, and on other occasions when they only had a single lane open, but I'm just not willing to accept this new low in customer service any longer!
Honestly, the best employees of any Target. They’re always so friendly and we never have to wait when checking out. My favorite Target!!
Never had a issue here until today. I love target but there was 2 employees who completely judged me and my family and were rude. Pry taking my business elsewhere from now on. Shouldn't have to feel judged when giving business and paying money.
I am beyond disgusted with Target they've allowed Starbucks in there which has a gender identity of their employees at child eye level for our children to read they want our children spend your $ elsewhere
One checkout open. A ton of employees standing around socializing. I am handicapped, and can't use the self checkout. I won't be back.
So clean, asso iates are well dress, neatly clean, look very presentable. I go there b 4 I'd go to "W".
