My recent visit to the Target store in Cypress, California was overall a very rewarding experience. The store showcased a perfect balance of a well-maintained team and a rich inventory, underscoring their dedication to customer service.  I was surprised to see so many carts lose in the lot, given the store had been open for an hour when I arrived. I assume they are short staffed.  Like most Targets, The store was designed with shoppers in mind, making it easy to locate items. I found myself strolling through more aisles than initially planned due to the tidy arrangement and variety of products on offer.  Although during my visit I wasn't directly approached by any staff members, I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere this created. The staff didn't seem intrusive, yet were readily available and eager to assist when approached.  In conclusion, the Cypress Target provides an outstanding shopping experience by blending an extensive selection of products with a comfortable and stress-free environment. This store embodies the renowned standards of the Target brand and encourages shoppers to fill their carts to the brim. I'm looking forward to many more trips to this store for my shopping needs.

I do not recommended shopping late Saturday evening. Store was unclean many areas of the store. The customer services fell below standard b/c employees at that time didn't seem to friendly. Also, gift cards don't work and no solutions given. Long lines. Overall unpleasant experience.

I went to the online order pickup counter, but I was sent all the way to the back of the return/exchange line. What's the point of ordering online? I'd better go shopping there and use the regular register. It might be faster.

It is a nice store. Clean and well organized. Employees seem to be doing their job of stocking. The biggest thing is the undercover security, not very well undercover. I was able to spot him following someone and then me.

I have been extremely disappointed in the seasonal area of this location. It is always a mess in the early mornings when they open. There are stock carts everywhere preventing shoppers from accessing that area. There is no getting around them.

They constantly have items that are listed as "sale price" but they are the exact same price as the non sale price.  They just stick a red "sale" sticker hoping people will not look.  If you slide the sale sticker you see it's exactly the same as the non sale price.   Also many items are out of stock.

Went in to purchase some pasta for dinner, and look for a few cosmetics items. Grabbed two packages of ready to make pasta, and was unable to purchase cosmetics due to the products I wanted being out of stock. The lines were long with only 2 registers open, and the self checkout line was more of a crowd than a line. As I start boiling the pasta, I notice black mold on it. The dates on the package state it goes bad in July, meaning the food was not properly stored.. Very concerning. Had to throw it all away and hoping to receive a refund.  Edit - A manager reached out to me apologizing for this experience and ensured it would be looked into further. They mailed me a giftcard to reimburse me for my purchase and troubles. Added a star.

Should train your cashiers and employees BETTER. False promotions, rude cashiers, not what we expect when shopping at this Target. Both our cashier and the two people at customer service are rude and seem clueless about how their promotions work. The shift supervisor or manager even told the guy helping me to lie in my face. Waste of time and ruin our day. I would NEVER COME BACK.

I am so tired of there not being able to try on clothes at Target. There is never an attendant to open a dressing room and the rooms are always locked, with no one in them. I always try more than one dressing room, still same thing.

Nice and clean store.  Good selections and fairly well stocked.
