Very clean and organized. We spent more time in here needed because there were more items than we thought would be available in person. Nice change to the other Targets we have been to.
This Target is usually very quiet and empty even on the weekends which is great for your average shopping trip. The only time I would avoid is when school is about to start. Therefore, the store is usually kept clean and tidy. Most of the employees are young college students so they are so nice and helpful. With not much going on in Davis, a trip to Target is a cute date idea.
Absolutely can’t go wrong with Target. Extremely hard to simply go in and leave with only what you intended to go in for. A $15 trip quickly turns into a $40 trip every time.
I would give 5 stars but eggs, fresh produce runs out quickly and no one checks until late afternoon. Grocery shoppers want the items, prices so much lower than Safeway. Otherwise, great grocery selection, beverages, snacks and holiday goodies. They're always keeping store displays fresh and ser ice is excellent!
Target is the only ‘big box’ store left with decent prices and good customer service.
Dangerous dangerous carts that stop suddenly While you’re walking to your car. It’s dangerous and a liability as if you’re walking with purpose and it stops suddenly you crash into it. I recently had to help a woman unload cases of water just outside the door because she couldn’t physically drag the locked cart to her car - nor was she able to cart the waters to the car alone. If you need to shop heavy or many items here make sure to come with someone else who can drive the car right up to the front door and wait for you to come out especially If you’re pregnant or elderly or just can’t cary things like multiple cases or water or soda to a car I both shop here and work at a nearby business and I see people dragging or falling into these carts multiple times a day - shame on target if you’re going to take carts being stolen / needing to lock up seriously at least make sure they can get to the parking spaces without injuring your customers It also means that parking spaces are often filled with abandoned carts - I typically try to put my cart back but not if I’ve had to drag it or straight up abandon it and carry my stuff to the car Please fix your carts before someone gets seriously hurt.
This store is a wreck, and the online order pick up needs serious work. I ordered four things and gave them a few days to get everything and in the 2 minutes where I am standing in line to pick it up they send me an email saying they don't have one of my items and would process my refund a day later. They could not tell me in the five days before that, weird. Oh well, Amazon is pretty effective, and there are lots of lockers in Davis, too. This store should not exist here. It doesn't serve a useful purpose anymore.
Been there for over 10 years. Seth is the best!!! Knowledgeable and compassionate. His team works quite efficiently and they handle the unexpected non-routine situations professionally. They are more expensive than some other options like Walmart or mail-in orders. But I still chose to go there for the service - you pay a "premium" for a trusted pharmacist to keep you safe on your medications.
I’m trying to avoid Amazon and target is my go-to place - if they carry the item - and if it is in stock
