A one star because I can't put 0. I've been 3 times to this store since returning from overseas and I'm in shock and disgust. I've left each time without making any purchase. These photos were taken on a Friday around 2pm. It consistently looks like this at each visit. This time I was very upset as I needed a specific item and could not find it as everything was thrown around. Target will not have my money when they believe customers should shuffle through and shop off the aisle floors.
I went in to get two things today and one of them was not on the shelf but the staff was very helpful in making sure that it came out and was put on the shelf so I could get it. I do self checkout and the lady who works at sale check out it's always very helpful. They are remodeling the store and it's a little bit confusing as to where everything is now but I was given directions by a nice gentleman. I know that they are remodeling but right now the store doesn't look quite as clean as it usually does.
Went to buy some jeans for my son hard to find his sizes and i had 3 different security personnel asset team following me. One of them was by the exit making sure i paid. It was very very unncomfortable. I had kids jeans in my hands. Not a PS5 or iPhone or high value item. Won't be shopping here again.
Prices were mismatched. A little frustrating. They are correct. Stuff is everywhere. They are remodeling. I just try to be understanding. I no its hard sometimes. Staff was pleasant to me though.
I love this store! I like the new renovations! I also like how the store is being so inclusive to All races and religions. Breath of fresh air! Be safe! Stay strong against Hate!
I just applied on-line at Target in Fairview Park, OH to be a part-time cashier. I have an open schedule and am willing to cover shifts when needed. I am a 54-year-old woman with plenty of customer service experience. The Rocky River store is staffed with younger people but this never entered my mind until I was shockingly rejected after completing the automated interview process. AND…I look like I am in my 40s luck of genetics Even friends and family couldn’t believe that I did not get hired because they know me and my background. So….if you are a little older, you might do yourself a favor and avoid wasting time applying at Target because you most likely will not get the job. Of course, it is hard to prove AGEISM but sad to say that Target never actually met me in person but judge me via a video interview. The first step to applying at Target is completing an outline application and assessment. The assessment takes 20 minutes or so and asks you the same question 3 or 4 different ways to find out if you are a liar, etc. I have taken these before. We all have. The second step comes quickly because the algorithm reads the assessment results. You then get an email from Target saying CONGRATULATIONS, you’ve been selected for Step 2. Great! Then, they send you a new email asking for a Recorded Interview again automated, on-line. In addition to customer service, I am an experienced teacher so I took time to look professional before going on camera. I completed their practice questions and then recorded myself on answering the typical interview questions Name a time when you collaborated with someone to complete a goal; Describe a time when you overcame a challenge. etc. I was clear, smiley, concise, and professional. But, the next day, I received an email explaining that they do not have a position for me at this time. Yet, in the store, there is a big NOW HIRING sign. AGEISM is the only factor I can think of for not hiring someone with an open schedule and a relevant experience. It is a shame, because if they took the time to give me an in-person interview with a one-on-one human discussion, Target would have discovered that I am a great employee who just took a job at another Rocky River establishment. I have employment. I am happy, but I will never shop at Target again. Good luck job seekers. You’re going to need youth at Target.
Visited Target at Westgate Mall today. Shoe section was a total mess - shoes on the floor and shelves all in disarray. Saw clothing on the floor. I can't shop in a place like this - I turned around and left. Looks like a cyclone hit the place !
Will never ever order or shop at this target again. It’s going on 5pm and I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone for my order since 3:30- yes you read that correctly. Never again. Going on 6. Spoke to someone and was transferred to manager and was hung up on. Absolutely ridiculous
Seems like the store can’t keep up with customers customer demand on checkout and store organization. To customer sparked my anxiety due to them saying I cut in line whenever I was standing there for three minutes before this gentleman walked up and said I cut and he said the line was leaving this way and I was standing in front of him I was standing there 3 to 4 minutes before he even got there waiting behind the lady and then whenever I walked away I said my anxiety spiked thank you both gentlemen and the Lady in front of me started laughing at me while I walked away. I don’t know if you’re from Walmart but go back to Walmart if you’re going to be acting like that otherwise be adult and be respectful for others. You customers are customers not savages. Don’t strike somebody’s PSTD because always you can’t basically stand in line properly I’m tired of people saying I cut in line whenever I’ve been standing there and then they cut in line in front of me. Also the guy used me talking on the phone as excuse I was standing behind this lady with a tannish cream colored jacket. I don’t know what you teach your kids bye hope you don’t have any have a great week. PS: If you’re going to act like this go back to kindergarten
Store was extremely messy. Couldn't even get down the shoe aisles due to all the shoes all over the floor. Two employees were in that area but didn't bother cleaning anything up. I was impressed though with the grocery side of the store. Very clean and nice selection.
