I am not a frequent target shopper. I go into the store today to get an in-store order pickup. As I walk in, I am reading the signs to see where I should go. The employee behind a counter who already has a customer she's talking with ask, what are you looking for? I respond order pickup. she says that's over here, get in line. I see a buggy near the registry which is where I was standing so I get it and get in line. The employee asks me what I was planning to do and if I was going to pick up anything else in which I responded yes, I was going to do some shopping. She said that's a double buggy you can't shop with that and that I needed to get a shopping cart from motioning toward some carts over there. It wasn't so much what she was saying but how she was saying it. I am 69 years of age and even when I don't understand how and what items are for use for the store employees or the customers, I do expect to be spoken to in a respectful way.
Ever since the remodel the flow of this place is a lot more simple and straightforward.. Starbucks could use an extra person though … I usually only come in the morning time so it’s always very tidy and well put together !
11:57am August 19, 2023 Alisa who was working near foods was was very helpful! Lady in self checkout… light skinned black with a ponytail is rude. Exclaimed, “Yall are working my nerves, ” when the party next to me advised her that someone left items on self checkout screen. She then asked if i had already rung up a cooler. I advised her yes. She then proceeded to scan the item to check if I had already scanned the item. Then said “Oh”. This lady needs to work in the back not communicating with any person. Shes likely rude to other employees and managers too.
This Target location leaves a lot to be desired. I've been here a few times over the years and it always seems disorganized. The women's restroom today was absolutely disgusting. I'll spare the details-- people should be ashamed of the mess they leave in public and I do feel for whoever will have to clean it. But I couldn't get past how gross it was. The customer service desk was blocked by so many carts that I didn't even bother stopping there to inform someone about the restroom. There were tons of people waiting for the self checkout line because there were maybe two regular checkout lanes open. Finally, items that the website said were in stock were nowhere to be found. Overall disappointed.
Every. Target store I've been to is always clean and tidy and the employees are friendly and helpful. There's always new products available to try as well as frequent restock on other products. I love going to Target. It's always a great shopping experience for me.
like to come in not seeing employees with pants hanging down so people can see thier underwear. 1st time I had a bad experience. Lost my chance of a $10 gift card that I earned due to the fact employee at self- check out didn't help. How times changed. What happened to dress codes
I ordered items through drive up. I received a notification that the items were ready. Pulled up to the drive up sign and waited 10 minutes for the order to come out. I watched the young lady pass out 7 orders and then she proceeded to walk back into the store. I flagged her down asking if she had an order under my name. The young lady had a very nonchalant disposition and stated that “I don’t know, I guess they looking for it.” At this point almost 20 minutes had gone by and I was just astonished that no one thought to at least notify the customer waiting especially since you’re already outside. It would have been common courtesy/common sense to inform me FIRST that my order was not going to be fulfilled which would have given me the option to return later or just cancel.
Recently remodeled but their grocery section is so bad, granted that seems like an issue with Target as a whole and not just this location. Came to buy a few bags of coffee and a lot of them expired 6+ months ago. A few bags were rock hard they were so old. Be very aware of the dates on items you buy. Also the drink/refreshment area upfront hasn’t been functional since the remodel. Where you would buy sodas and icees. The machines are there but they are never turned on.
The new layout looks amazing. Store always very clean and organized. Was very impressed when I asked an associate where something was. They didn't point, they walked me to the product. I love amazing customer service!
THE 5 STARS are for Jaques the manager that assisted me with the Samsung Galaxy LIVE buds. He made everything perfect after a not so welcoming experience in the electronics department. I will not go into detail. Jaques should train all employees in the Art of client service. This store has the potential of becoming a 5 STAR LOCATION. Thank you Jaques! You are one of the most fantastic rarest individuals that should be in a 5 to 6 star Resort in hospitality.
