"Steve is a GREAT employee!" I had the pleasure of visiting Target last night, and I must share my exceptional customer service experience. As I am in the process of moving from Whittier, I was on the lookout for free boxes to assist with my move. Upon arriving at Target, I headed to the returns and pickup section. There, I met a gentleman named "Steve" who completely impressed me with his demeanor and willingness to assist. When I inquired about the availability of free boxes, he immediately sprang into action. Despite having no direct responsibility towards my query, he generously offered to help. He asked me to wait for five minutes and proceeded to a distant part of the store. To my surprise and delight, he returned after a short while with three boxes. I was truly touched by his willingness to go the extra mile, even though I was NOT a customer. Steve's actions made a significant impact on my experience at Target, and I am genuinely grateful for his exceptional service. Target should consider themselves fortunate to have such an amazing employee who embodies the spirit of outstanding customer care.
This target has a very slow worker by the name of Nichole , she has a long talk with every customer and is not considerate of the long line that’s behind them. Very slow cashier and very talkative. People are here to shop not chat. Wouldn’t recommend to go to this target if you are in a hurry and want to grab an item fast.
One of the managers, Amanda, was phenomenal in helping me with an issue I had at this location. As long as Target continues to employee people like her, I will continue to shop there. I could not be happier with her service.
Patient, kind, friendly team members. Clean and organized store. The store was fairly busy and our checkout experience was not longer due to it.

Great place to get hot wheels
This is my local target and I shop here all the time. Tonight I picked up my drive up order and there was a young female associate alone, in the drive up area. She was alone for a couple of minutes, I just didn’t like that and I think it is very dangerous, with so much craziness going on. Target you should just make sure they are paired up at all times. I love this Target and I have had pretty good experiences, I did not like this tonight. Help keep our young kids safe.

So, earlier today I bought the new Indiana Jones Adventure Series Major Arnold Toht at this Target. 10621 Carmentia Rd. SANTA fe Springs, and though it looked untampered with, I was wrong. I opened it, and it's missing the artifact piece, the hat, the melting head sculpt, the hand and the pistol. The figure looks correct and cloak. This is the issue with these Plastic Free Packaging figures. This needs to be addressed with Hasbro. I'm returning this figure back to Target and explain to them what's going on with these PFP figures. This figure is a defect, and I'll be telling customer service not to put this back on the shelf. Very disappointing this is happening. Customer Service needs to do a better job inspecting the returned items BEFORE the refund and NOT place it back on the store shelf. It's CHARGEBACK..must be returned back to the manufacturer.
