I returned an item to the store and opted to have my credit uploaded to a gift card. when I searched the store to purchase a specific item, I could not find it. When returning upfront I asked to have my money back so I can spend it at a different store because the item I wanted was not sold there anymore. I was not able to get my money back as requested. Please do not make the mistake I did in thinking that Target is reasonable. What I am describing took a total of about 10mins - never left the store, all this was done in the same visit.  Management was unable to assist and corporate was unwilling to assist any further either. When you return something, make sure you see what you want in stock on the app or confirm with an associate 1st because they will not help you afterwards. My credit was a small amount, but please take heed because your credit could be much more than mine.

Been awhile to visit this franchise. I was pleased with the selections they had. It's a drive to get there but I'm new in area its not like up north. The town I live in doesn't have a huge choice for retail. So, I will visit again when I go to Clarksville. Store clean and staff friendly.

It's an older layout of what I remember target looking like in the 2000-2010s mixed with some of the newer design elements in newer/larger stores. Didn't have my favorite coffee that I've found at other Target stores, but that's ok. Nothing out of the ordinary and checkout was relatively quick despite it being tax-free weekend. Staff wasn't friendly nor rude, just getting their jobs done, which is understandable given the sheer amount of people. Oddly enough, there wasn't a Starbucks in this target which doesn't affect me but my wife is a Starbucks fan so she could've used the pick me up.  All-in-all, an ordinary retail experience. Thank you for moving lines quickly!

I get so tired of being harassed at this store. Every time that I come to shop here  I'm constantly followed. Store workers have baskets filled with products near the ethnic hair care aisle and will walk five aisles over to stock those products on shelves. I've witnessed non bipoc people stand in that aisle and shop without being bothered for as long as they want, not a store associate in sight until a person of color walks down the ethnic hair care aisle. This is ridiculous.  Moving forward I will not spend money here. I can order products from the manufacturer so shopping through a third party like target is not necessary.  I've spent too much money at this store to be mistreated. I will spend my money where I'm respected.

The Clarksville, TN location has the BEST employees. Thank you so much Ms. Crystal and Ms. Makeisha, at guest services, for making my visits hassle free. They were very patient and understood my wordy explanation, within seconds. They also made my visit stress free. I’d also like to point out that they handled multiple guests and got us all out in a timely manner. They were professional and attentive to every detail. I am 100% satisfied and look forward to visiting the store in the future.

Usually this location has great employees.  Friendly  and personable . What this store lacks is accountability because it's usually sloppy as the pics I took.

Decent looking store. Bathroom floors are pretty dirty. They have a lot of potential for growth, but to me it’s not worth paying the extra money to shop when you can go down the street to Walmart and get the same stuff at half the price!

I wish we had a second location as there are three Walmart and three Walmart market places. I am NOT a Walmart shopper. Clarksville is way to spread out for us to have only one Target. I prefer shopping at Target.

I love the target hear because I got there pretty often. It’s small though so I pegged the supermarket

Have more non self checkout than “other” stores, sometimes I just don’t want to do it and had hurt shoulder. Love quality and variety of clothes and home goods
