Target is always clean and it’s a pleasure to walk about. However, while search for a booster seat, I came across a sale sign so I decided to get it. Well, that sale had expired but the sign was still up. I guess shame on me for now realizing that the sale expired but shame on Target for failing to remove the sign? Anyways, the customer service still honored the sale price.
Much better than shopping at the competition , the Walmart Super Center & Market Plantations. Managers and salespeople were available immediately and have very good communication skills, and show very good leadership qualities. The other place is entirely the opposite.Had I known, I would have worked with this company and not the other, which was a nightmare!
The only complaint is the parking. They are doing some construction, so parking is a little limited. Inside the store was really nice. Clean restrooms, stocked shelves, and a pretty good selection of items that we don't see in our normal location.
Thank you to Katie in self check for making the ending of my visit smooth and easy. She helped me find coupons and even offered to price match if I found something cheaper.
This Target was recently redone, and I commend them for no longer having stock all over the floor that customers have to step over while trying to search for products that was awkward; but, the customer service is still horrible. The policies are still ridiculously complicated for simple things, and they still are inefficient. Customer service no longer exists there. They will not help you. They do not care. I will not be shopping here again.
They just redid the whole store recently and gave it a face lift. I liked the new setup and they seemed to have a lot i was looking for and no empty shelves. They also have a Starbucks inside when you first walk into the store. Lots of self checkout and staffed registers.
Joseph was an employee stocking household items today. An out of stock bedroom set left us puzzled as it showed in stock with no queen set to be found. On our way out of the store Joseph found the item placed elsewhere in the store and went out of his way to find us and let us know. An absolute awesome example of customer service. Thank you Joseph.
I am an avid target lover and I have had no issues in any other target EVER. However the target in orange city has the absolute worst customer service. The one star review is for the second time I have used self check out because i have NO OTHER CHOICE and before i can even finish scanning, because they need to check my ID for the wine I am purchasing they question me about the items I still have in my cart. I cant even leave target without spending $200 why would I want to steal a $6 pack of gatorade. MY WALLET IS IN MY HAND BECAUSE YOU JUST ASKED FOR MY ID
Target is always fast when picking up my order! Employees are kind and I’m never missing items from my order.
Prices seem much higher than Walmart. Store is nice, clean and well organized since the remodel, but aisles are narrow and not pleasant to shop when crowded. Also they don't carry a lot of items that I normally purchase at Walmart. Cashier was very pleasant, she explained digital coupons and app to me. That's what I like about full service checkout vs. self service.
