Target Levittown

I was very impressed by Targets Drive-Up pickup. It was so easy to place my order. Quick pickup time, and put right into your car. Beautiful!!! I would recommend this to anyone.

I placed an order for pickup and the line was super long for pickup and returns. That’s fine, but there was only one employee doing returns and no one was helping us on the pickup line despite several employees lifelessly walking by. They did not even call another over to help out as they walked by. That left the older man working hard at the returns by himself to then stop the line and get the order pickup going by walking all the way over and back. I cancelled my order and left. I’m not going to have some nice older man walk all over for me when he knows he has a line full of people waiting. There were many employees around which could have done something. They all saw us. They did nothing. The man doing the returns was sweet and I feel horrible for him, I get the impression he is being taken advantage of for his hard work. Besides the fact that during my time waiting I could’ve done all my shopping. And for that I won’t be shopping at this location.

I tried ordering some diarrhea pills, particularly Imodium, from Target via Drive Up. I parked my School Bus at drive up but I couldn't fit the whole spot so I did double parking where I take up two parking spaces. Once I was parked, the drive up team came and they told me that I cannot park like this. They also informed me that the diarrhea pills were not in stock but they clearly were on the app. Another reason to hate this place. I then get out of my school bus and proceed to walk to the store angrily to talk to customer service. Mid way, I really have to use the bathroom due to my diarrhea. I then proceed to the back but I think took the wrong route and end in some backrooms office-type place. I meet this guy named George and he introduces himself in a funny way: "Hi! My name's George and I did 2 BAILS today!!" I was baffled and asked him where is the restroom and he pointed me in the right direction. As I go into the bathroom, I see fecal matter all over the sink and the floor. It is just horrendous. I finally found a good stall to relieve myself and let myself unwind. It was a horrible experience. I cannot believe this. I walk back to the school bus and on my way walking out I see a man named Curt carrying a lot of garbage bags leaking on his leg. I was thinking in the back of my mind, "Who the hell is in charge here? They are doing a horrible job." I asked someone at customer service and they said Daniella is in charge. I said I need to talk to her but the funniest thing was she works remote so she is never here. What a joke this place is. They really need to suffle management here and make these drive up parking spaces big enough for us here. We got some big boy cars here. This ain't no rodeo. Seriously, what a joke. I am never coming back here.

Drive up at Levittown Target is super easy and the people who work there are kind and friendly! While I LOVE to browse the store, it often saves me a lot of time and money to use drive up!

I work and commute long hours, so the invention of curbside pick-up was a lifesaver. I know I get "less fresh" items as a trade-off, which is OK, because I want to reduce food waste. Well, today I partially ate a salad that expired 4 days ago. A white goo on the chicken pieces prompted me to check. I picked it up yesterday from this Target location. The yogurts I paid for expire in three days. This brand normally has a month and a half of shelf life. A bag of bread already has mold spores growing on it. I'm done trusting Target to not give me food poisoning, which is the bare minimum anyone should expect from a store. You need to do better. Stop selling me and others expired food. It's not OK to make people sick to try and pad your bottom line.

This store has got to have the worst customer service I’ve dealt with. I called them 42 times within the hour of opening. They answered once, and the one time they did, I asked about the stock of an item, and they said it was in stock. Of course I get there and it isn’t, and they deny haven said it was in the first place.

Shelves were so empty I thought it was March 2020 all over again. I went in to get some travel items, the travel section was mostly empty, they had no dramamine for nausea in the whole pharmacy section. Snack aisle was empty as well so I didn’t even bother. I grabbed a few of the travel items they did have and left the store vowing to not come back to this target again.

I had such a nice person helping me at customer service. It was a great experience, little wait time. I also used self checkout and there was no wait, and target employee was also super nice!

This Target is the best by far for a number of reasons. My main reason for shopping here is because the store is well kept up and clean! The associates all of them are pleasant and willing to assist you with any concerns or questions you may have. Not to mention all the sales were correct and they have stocked shelves! It's a pleasant store and good energy along with clean aisles and great customer service...this is a WINNING EXPERIENCE
