Purchased a dining set back in mid-November so it would be ready to use for Thanksgiving but the box was missing a screw for one of the chairs. I contacted the company for replacement parts, who said they would send it right away. After waiting a week, I followed up to see where the screw was and they had failed to submit my replacement request. When I finally did get a package from them another week later, it turned out it was the wrong screws. It’s been over a week since I brought this mistake to their attention and have yet to receive the ONE screw I need to finish building the set. It should not take over a month to send me one screw. Very upsetting considering I bought this just to be able to use for Thanksgiving.
ordered a table and two chairs, the back legs for one chair were stuck together making the finish bad. The company replaced these immediately! also ordered two additional chairs - they were shipped very quickly and were well packaged. The entire set was very well constructed and solid. GREAT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.
