This is my neighborhood Target and I generally have good experiences but man, the “Starbucks” is really not good. The employees don’t seem to care. They are out of typical ingredients and unapologetic. Like almond milk, maybe someone should go to the Target grocery and buy some more? I know this Starbucks is run by Target so please give it some more attention / training.
The lady at the self check out needs to be fired. Black older lady. This is my second time at the self checkout and just noticing that she's suspecting me of stealing. I have NEVER EVER stole anything in my life. As I was checking out she decided to alert security and have the recording in progress light flashing. I remember this happen last time. I didn't think anything of it. I will never ever be labeled. Definitely reaching out to corporate.
One of my few favorite spots to shop. Easy, quick and staff is helpful. Lines can be long during weekend but staff does a great job at getting people through the registers. Very clean and organized store. You’ll be able to find items where they are labeled/marked to be.
My flagship store. Very large store with ample parking for guests. The store is very clean and always kept in good and well stocked condition. The staff is always very courteous and assisted me with everything needed to have a successful shopping experience. The overall atmosphere of the store is very airy and open. The floor sets are changed frequently and the management team are very knowledgeable of the products and services offered in and out the store.
Only one person at the register, while there was a long line for the self-checkout machines. Target has a better selection of groceries than Wal-Mart, but their near exclusive use of self-checkout has made me want to stop by there less and less often because of the extremely long lines, including this store
Huge store with a full grocery section, coffee shop, eye care. Very convenient. Many self registers and they always have a couple of staffed registers open, if it gets busy, they inmediatly add more.
Waited 20 minutes for help to purchase a VR Headset, but no one came. Went to customer service and asked for help. Waited back in the electronics department for another 15 minutes. Smh! They wonder why their sales keep dropping? This is a perfect example why. I wanted to purchase it that night but I guess I'll get it online. Thanks.
I came to this Target location because the one closer to my house never had any beauty items in stock. This target had everything I wanted in stock and this one was so much cleaner and bigger. If this location was a little closer to me I would be here all the time!
The Target at Druid Hills is the BEST Target in Atlanta hands down! Always clean, always is well stocked and good customer service… Drop the Mic
The store was totally disorganized. The shoe section was just jumbled boxes, and let's not even get started on the lingerie area. Up your pay and benefits for part-time workers, Target. You need more folks or on the floor. Also, this store is VERY difficult to negotiate for folks using mobility devices! Everything's too close together, and there's stuff all over the floor. Do better, Target.
