normally this target is amazing but the past few times i always seem to find an issue....
I used to love Target and would shop there for everything and especially for my boys clothing. Let me tell you, boys clothing seems more like girl’s clothing now. If you walk by to boys department you would be shocked. You can enjoy your rainbow signs on clothing and everywhere, but won’t be me coming. You attract our kids we attack you buy not giving you our dollars. I’ve spend an arm and a leg but it stops here. Do better Target. Huge disappointment. Boycotting for good.
This is a very convenient target . The location is great because it has a bunch of different stores around it . Lots of parking . Clean and organized. The best time to go to avoid crowds is after 7 pm . It's what you would expect from a target .
Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a target. Keith from electronics we so rude and made unnecessary comments . Made the whole experience horrible as soon as I bought what I needed I left I didn’t even feel comfortable doing the rest of my shopping after that interaction.
they let people steal bikes here, i got my bike stolen here and i came back 3 months later and the homeless dude who stole it was literally there with another stolen bike, and i filed a police report and the officer said they knew that guy and where he camped out near the store, and they didnt even bother to try to catch the guy or get my bike back, which i use to get to school everyday. they obviously dont give a flip because bro has been stealing bikes there for so long and they dont shloop about it. so whatever you do, dont bring a expensive bike here.
worst place to buy an item online, Last may 26th I bought and iPad three days after the package was marked as Delivered, I did not receive the item, I paid on time, until now I do not have two week later I don't have a response. Order#1081635462966
Justin in electronics is awesome. Super knowledgeable and helpful. I found what I needed and without his tech knowledge I would have spent hours just trying to find the answer.
The staff are few: only two checkouts open in the whole store! On top of this, the toilets are out of order with port a potty options outside. This is disgusting. What made it worse is the rude and sassy tone of the employee who saw me heading for the bathroom: “nuh uh sweetie, outside! Port a potties are outside” he bellowed and then laughed. Don’t call me sweetie, and maybe if you want to intervene without being asked, apologise and explain politely? Politeness costs nothing.
Beautiful store, but the customer service is TRASH! Out of the whole store there may be 5 people that do their jobs. There’s never anyone to help, and when you finally find someone they are rude. Do better Target, because you’re starting to act like Walmart.
As far as this Target store goes, it's one of the nicest I've ever seen. Newly remodeled, with all of the modern accoutrements and a fresh coat of paint on everything. The clientele leave a bit to be desired due to the location on 1960... Which is a healthy mix of nice and not-so-nice, and is under construction and will be under construction for the foreseeable future... But that's not the fault of the store management or Target corporation as a whole. They do a good job of keeping things put together in the high traffic areas and the grocery section. I actually really like the "super Target" model because it feels like the sweet spot between a superstore with just about everything and a grocery store with the vast majority of your sustenance needs.
