The staff is always helpful here but the pick up staff is awesome. Today Miguel helped me and was an excellent example of great customer service. Not only did he help me in a friendly, courteous manner but he took the time for a task that he could have just ignored. It was nice to see such a great attitude and work ethic.
I have been to this store many times, but twice within a few weeks. The store is clean and fully stocked. The customer service was excellent. I even needed to ask a person on the floor if they carried a particular product. They were very happy to check into it...and not act like I was an inconvenience. There are a lot of places I can choose to spend my $ and because of the customer care and cleanliness...this will be one of them.
Nice and clean target. It is updated as most are now with the new layout. There’s someone at the front cleaning carts due to covid which is always a nice touch. The store itself wasn’t busy, especially for it being a couple days before Christmas, but the checkout lines were quite long. Great experience overall. They do have a food section but it Isn’t as comprehensive as a super target.
This store refuse to do a return for a physically defective item. That can't be returned online. Bonnie made a huge deal about missing pieces which all were on the actual controller and after being proven wrong about the pieces she then made a big deal about a $10 cable that neither party knew if it came in the box or not that made her refuse the return. She's purposely driving long time customers away with her terrible customer service that even targets cooperate was embarrassed about the service this store was providing. They even attempted to call and no one picked up. Got my return easily from another target but I don't suggest this target to anyone there's probably a good reason why this is one of the most run down looking ones I've seen.
Guy was nice at the front, but showed up on 4th of July at around 1:55 PM and the sd cards were in a pile behind the cameras, after sorting through the pile, couldn’t even find half of what was labeled on the shelf or labeled in stock on the website…
When checking out at the regular checkout, their is no way of knowing the prices as they scan ur purchase, no screen display. Once u get ur receipt, thats when ur able to check & find a mistake. Then to customer service to fix problem.
Trying to resolve issue in wrong item in packaging online and over the phone was exacerbating to say the least. Had to make extra trip to store to get resolved. Had made purchase online for store pickup. Not til I got home did I see someone had taken original item out of packaging and placed something else in it.
A nice Target to go to. They have many things from clothes to toys. I wish they stocked more products. They were out of a few things I went there for. Otherwise the store is clean and neat, well organized. Employees were friendly and there is a beautiful Starbucks in the front!
Love Target. I had to grab something for Father's Day. I found alot of little extra's in front area little throw pillows under 5.00 which is a steal these days.
I just had the Best experience at Target.. and I owe it to Miss Cathy at register 5. She's so nice, knowledgeable and she even help me save some money on my daughters school uniforms, cause I was counting my pennies. Thank you Cathy, you really made me feel so much better than when I came in. People like you really do make a difference. Stay You!!
