This Target is big and it has everything you could want - except staff when you need to ask where something is, etc - and it’s clean and well stocked. Staff that WERE around were helpful and nice and though I’ve forgotten his name, a big thank you to the guy at the checkout counter who helped me set a passcode to lock my brand new suitcase I bought from them. I’d definitely visit this location again!
They have remodeled this location so now there are several self checkout registers and the checkout process goes fast. They always have coupons and gift card promotions on household purchases. I have shopped in store and did store pick up and drive up pickup. It all went smoothly. Staff members are courteous.
A busy store, but plenty parking. The guest service was fast and professional, Akira was very nice. Also, I was looking for a T-shirt and Shianne was so sweet and helpful . Great staff. You can find food, clothes, medicine and has a Starbucks.
Large and well stocked ....this Target is a great place to shop if you're in the Annapolis are of the state of Maryland. We found everything we were in need of and more . I would recommend this store as a "must visit" !
Was able to get 90% of the school supplies I needed. Easy to find with very reasonable pricing. Staff available and helpful. Will come again!
This location was my favorite until the remodel. I've visited 3-4 times since the remodel, different times of day, and there are items out of order, out of stock, just a mess. There was a trash bag in front of the pharmacy this morning and a stroller display with part of the stroller or something on the floor. Make-up section, a mess. Displays, a mess. Let's do better Target - Gambrills.
Definitely a good target location. Consistently good experiences here. Grocery area could be better stocked but that's a Target wide problem but overall, we prefer this location. We had an issue with our drive up order where a few items were missing, despite being charged for the items. When I came in to ask about the rest of the items, they were unable to find some of them. Jalen, however, provided excellent customer service in getting the problem resolved in a way that made me feel that my business was valued. Instead of leaving frustrated, I left happy and excited to come back.
I was so stressed out in this store because I get lost easily and I had eaten a whole cheese pizza-long story- but this amazing worker CARLY helped me out and pointed me in the right direction to these sketchbooks I was looking for! They were super friendly I loved their comic-book themed facemask, honestly made my day. 10/10 customer service. at least from CARLY- not a dig at anyone I was just in and out like a light switch
I'm sick of having to take photos of every item I pick up because of the register scans in a higher price! I am going to stop shopping at Target because this has been a problem for at least one item in my order for the past few months. Do better, Target.
Need to fix the checkout lines. Line that still have cashiers look terrible and are uncomfortable. Credit card machine tossed to the side. The remodel looks terrible
