Love this target unfortunately it's closing by February the 3rd!
Picked up my online order today. Only issue I had was my own fault, I forget my id, so i had to leave and come back. I love coming here! Always a great shopping experience. Just sad to hear they'll be closing next year
They do not have much of a selection. There are a lot of things that the store seems to not supply. My grandmother is disabled and needed to use one of the mobile shopping carts but it was not available. I asked one of the personnel why none of the carts were available and I was told that they only have one. One! Like Seriously? And do you know what reason I was given when I asked why? They told me people would steal them and drive them around to the other side of the mall. Do not shop here. You can barely find basic things, let alone assistance for the handicap.
Somebody keep me out of there! LOL. I go in for one thing and come out with twenty. Friendly customer service, nice and clean, and well stocked. Fresh product too. I had to stand on line for 10 minutes and I found some good deals. If you shop on line and you see the same item in the store at a different price, ask if they will match the price. I found that some store will not. I had fun!
In response to Target a. Eryome elses comments... TL,DR: It's a good store, but the people who work there aren't always nice but usually are. Understandably you might have gotten bad service but that may be why there are many various shifts for people to work and areas for those people to work in. You might meet a angry person or someone who is confused but maybe that person might not be there on your next visit or you might be asking the wrong person. In my experience they were nice and have almost everything youd need to find at a Target.
Needed to make a return, was told at first I could not since they had trouble looking up the item I lost the receipt. Went back after shift change for the service desk, and the new set of people were able to look up the item within two minutes. Shouldn't have had to wait.
Every time I visit this particular location I am exposed to filthy language of the staff and last time I expressed a complaint to management about the f bombs dropped by staff in the shopping aisle with little kids I was told that Ian welcome to shop elsewhere. Because of the comment I will never shop at target. obviously they don't want my money since they only have one register open anyways and the lines are always long .... I'll pass thank you
Customer service representative was terribly rude and disrespectful,she snatched and slammed down every item she was returning. She went back in forth with and elderly lady in a wheelchair, while the manager was standing there, he even tried to deescalate the situation but the customer service representative just wouldn't stop talking to the lady. I was just a terrible experience!! I called guest relations while I was still in the store!!
One of the best locations ever!!!! Ms. Lashawn, Ms. Jamiee are the best excellent customer service reps and cashiers in the world.!!!!! Love all and everything about Target
Waited in the electronics area for over 20 minutes. I'm actually still currently standing here just to see how long it takes for someone to help me. There are really no customers in the store!! This is quite embarrassing for target.
