Cashier Julie was awesome today! Her customer service is high quality! I walked all the store searching for someone to help me in Electronics but found no one. I had to go all the way to the cashier to be get assistant and Julie went above and beyond! Thank you Julie
I had difficulty understanding all the requirements to earn a small reward. Target shouldn’t make things so difficult just so they can take advantage of their customers. Most of the employees I spoke to couldn’t explain why I didn’t qualify, and the store manager Brad told there was nothing he could do to make me feel better about spending almost $500 and not qualifying for a $10 gift card. I have been a loyal customer of target for many years, but this has left a bad taste in my mouth.
Typically a good experience as I can get in and out with no problem. For returns, make sure you have your physical or virtual receipt ready to go a bit faster. As for price matches, have it ready on your end as well. They typically pull it up in their end, but sometimes come up empty handed. I will call customer service and ask them to do it as every penny counts.
Ordered 1 item online for in store pickup. The cutomer service line was 20 ppl deep at least. The manager CRYSTAL as she's sucking on her iced beverage with one hand on her hip, giggling & yapping tells me I have to wait in that atrocious line she couldn't help me & Noone else could get the item. Literally, I shopped for another item just because my baby was upset she wouldn't have pj'sfor her party at school, checked out, walked past crystal still sucking on her iced coffee & customer the line was still at a stand still. Where is the convenience of ordering online? Where's the customer service? If I wanted that kind of service I would've gone to Walmart

Ordered online and went in to pick up in Lake Worth Florida. I had to wait an extensive amount of time due to guest services ringing up customers not returning only purchasing new items. Guest services should only be for returns and pick ups, for there were many other registers open.
I was struggling to find some stuff for my daughters school but thankfully Michael helped me out and was very kind and rest of staff was great. Very fast service !
I was just threatened by an employee named Wendell I reported it to corporate and I’m calling the police I don’t feel comfortable shopping there after the manager threatened me Please don’t shop here
Drive up pick up was fast and easy. Employee loaded item into our vehicle and we drove away.
