I just want to write out this comment for Natasha. My experience with her was great. She was helping me, while trying to manage self check out. Even though she was multitasking, she held herself together and was very patient with me. She also guided me through the shoping app, to teach me how to use it. Her personality was amazing the whole time, and I wish there were more like her. Target is blessed to have her on their team, I hope she gets a raise, she deserves it.
Target is Going downhill! Now it’s getting as bad as Walmart where dozens of closed registers sit empty, few employees, and long lines of waiting customers. I’m giving an extra start only because of Jared a nice young man with excellent customer service skills. I stood in line for about 15 minutes to but a gift card. 14 registers and only ONE was open. The self checkout registers were also available. There were two huge lines wrapped around…a line for the one open register and a line for self checkout. After chatting and debating with the customers around me, I asked the only checker if she would call for more help since the line was so long. She said “everyone is on break” and went back to checking. She never even summoned a manager or attempted to ask for more help. I went to customer service while others held my place in line. There was a long line with two checkers. One employee Jared finally walked by and I was able to get his attention. I asked if we could get additional checkers. He said “ let me see what I can do“. About five minutes later, Jared found me and came and told me to follow him. He opened a register. Jared made my day! After a long wait he took the personal time and attention to let me know that he was opening a register. Had it not been for Jared I would likely just never return to Target. If I have to stand waiting in line, I might as well go stand at Walmart where the prices are lower.
The restroom was overfilling with 5 homeless people showering and hanging out. I understand that they are people too and need a place to get clean but it made it impossible for me to be able to use the restroom. They were like camped out in stalls not using them, just sitting on the floor in the handicap I told a team member there didn’t seem to be much care.
I come here to buy household items and always end up walking out with more stuff than needed. Other than that place is pretty nice and big. The customer service is also good. I haven't had a bad experience. Sometimes they are low in stock on some products but other than that i like coming here
In store pick up is a joke. As I pulled up the employee verified my name and told me he'll be right out with my order. After 45 mins! Later I ask another employee what's up with my order? He responds with "I don't know, I'm just helping the other guy". He goes inside and come out with my order saying the other employee had it the whole time. What a freaking joke! Thank you for wasting my time when it should be faster and letting my family's food get cold.
If you’ve recently moved to Hemet, and were excited to see there was a local target, please lower your expectations. This is one is basically a red Walmart. All the hygiene stuff is locked up. You’re going to have to wait for assistance to grab stuff. Seems to have limited staff, but at least they seem nice. It just doesn’t compare to Menifee.
I walked into Target, excited to do some shopping for new clothes and home goods. But as soon as I entered, I was greeted by loud and disruptive music playing over the speakers. It was so loud that I could barely think straight. I tried to ignore the noise and started looking through the clothing racks. However, as I searched for my size, I noticed that many of the items I wanted were out of stock. I couldn't believe it. Wasn't Target supposed to have a wide selection of products? Feeling frustrated, I decided to head to the home goods section. As I walked through the aisles, I couldn't help but notice how disorganized the store was. There were items scattered all over the place, and it was hard to find what I was looking for. I tried to ask an employee for help, but they seemed uninterested in assisting me. They were dismissive and unhelpful, and I felt like I was bothering them by asking for assistance. Finally, I found the items I needed, but to my surprise, they were priced much higher than I expected. I felt angry and disappointed, wondering how Target could justify charging such high prices for such mediocre products. In the end, my experience at Target was a complete letdown. I left the store feeling frustrated, disappointed, and out of luck. I realized that I probably wouldn't be shopping at Target anytime soon, and I felt sorry for anyone who had to go through a similar experience.
Always have to wait 20+ minutes to get an employee to help you. Don't waste your time go to a different one.
5 Stars - A Retail Adventure on Red Steeds! Oh, Target, you marvelous retail haven! My recent visit to your kingdom was an experience worthy of epic tales and lyrical ballads. From the moment I entered your realm, I was swept away on the back of a trusty red shopping steed, ready to embark on a retail adventure like no other! Your aisles, adorned with colorful treasures and shimmering merchandise, beckoned me like a siren's call. The air buzzed with excitement as fellow shoppers embarked on their own quests, clutching their own crimson chariots. We were all warriors in the great retail battlefield, armed with our shopping lists and a shared sense of determination. But it wasn't just the products that enchanted me; it was the atmosphere. The bright lights, the cool breeze of the air conditioning, and the joyful symphony of beeps and boops at the checkout lanes created an experience like no other. I felt like I was in a retail wonderland, where every aisle held a new surprise and every product whispered its own unique story. And let's not forget the noble steeds themselves - the red shopping carts! These sturdy companions carried me through the aisles with grace and reliability. With each push, I felt a surge of power, as if my shopping cart and I were a united force, conquering the aisles one treasure at a time. But it wasn't just the grand spectacle that won me over; it was the friendly and helpful staff who made this retail adventure even more extraordinary. With smiles as warm as dragon's fire, they guided me through the maze of options, offering their wisdom and assistance along the way. They truly made me feel like a knight in shining armor, ready to conquer any shopping challenge that lay before me. So, dear fellow adventurers, if you seek a retail experience that combines excitement, convenience, and a touch of whimsy, look no further than Target! It's a kingdom of retail wonders, where noble red steeds await to whisk you away on a shopping journey like no other. Whether you're in search of everyday essentials or hidden treasures, Target is the place to be. Bravo, Target, for creating a shopping experience that ignites the imagination and makes each visit a grand adventure. You have won my heart, and my shopping cart will forever be your loyal steed! Signed, Jade Ann Byrne - A Retail Warrior on a Quest for Greatness
