My go to location for clothes detergent, Epson salt, toilet paper, organic %100 cotton tampons and more! They have sales 5 panties for $20. Fresh clean baskets abs check out stands.
Its a mix score! Sometimes they are good on customer service, sometimes it upset me! I have check the prices once you ring it up, good thing i caught it. Although, the associate change the price on my checkout. Some Associates are not very willing to help out.
This store has gone under many changes BUT the outside front of the store is always dirty, trashes full. Management allows unruly customers to ride scooters in the store. There is never consistent help available when needed in the departments. Shopping here can be challenging most times but still gave 3 stars because I love Target brands and prices.
As far as easy shopping goes Target is ok. But they have no cashiers. On purpose in favor of self checkout. Sad really. Good to get candy and chips for movies though and sneak them into the theater. They do have a Starbucks in the one in Boca Park.
I like Target a lot because you can easily find what you need. Most of the employees are super attentive, like Todd from the Boca Park store, he is always courteous and quick in customer service.
Drive up service was amazing, reliable fast and efficient. I’m interested the new Ulta section in my local store, it’s a great setup in store it’s already out growing its section. I love we can shop Ulta items for same day pickup on the app.
Associate named “Amy” bagged everybody else merchandise in line but mines. Told me “I’ll let you bagged your own things.” Me being the only person of color in the line. I will take it that she is probably racist and ignorant. Won’t shop here again.
Ordered online for curbside pickup. When we arrived, they put the order in the back seat and we drove home, only to discover an item missing. We contacted them online. They said they would send out a replacement...which wasn't really a replacement since we never got it originally. It was a missing item. That was days ago. Still no product. No communication as to the status when we might expect it...nothing. Just pathetic!
Today my wife and I came in specifically for something. we found one in an obscure place but it was scratched up so we looked to find another. we scanned it and it told us what aisle but we had difficulty finding it so I saw Dion putting shoes away and I politely asked her if she knew where the aisle was. she stopped what she was doing stepped away from the shoes and focused on helping us. she asked what we were looking for and after looking in her handheld, she let us know she was going to look for it in the back. I knew this was a long shot as we have been looking for one since last year. she emerged from the back and let me know there was one more place she was going to look. a few moments later she came out from the back with it in hand. I thanked her as much as I could without making it weird. it made my wifes season!!! I was so impressed when we checked out I had to let management know just as Dion was walking by. She is amazing and she is THE example of the kind of customer service everyone hopes they get!
So I called for a product that your website said u had in stock. I called prior to showing up . Target spokes person said they had 2 in stock back in shelves. I asked if they could hold for me or I can pay over the phone they said no I’ll hold we have two in back. Well showed up 20 minutes later and guest services said was in back. She went to look and told me they didn’t have any back there ! Why wouldn’t u go check first your product systems obviously doesn’t work . Can’t rely on target for getting a product that they say is stocked . How Sad you are aTarget!!!!
