This target is not organized at all other halloweens aren’t even out and set up yet ? All other targets has it up and set.. this target need to step up and get things done timely . It’d also mess all around the store carts / boxes//stuff all around things laying on floor people can trip over and fall.. surprisingly for this store I expect this in Boston but here ? smh ‍
Update: 07/23/21 I just wanted to put in a good word for Michael, one of the employees that do the curbside for Target. He was very helpful and willing to go beyond the call of duty for me. Keep up the good work Target I have to say these guys have really changed over the past couple of years. I use to avoid this place because of the long lines and the employees that worked there. They've changed both in a big way. They now have express registers that work great, no more waiting. The employees now are very good, and helpful. To top it off they even have online ordering and you can pick it, up usually with a couple of hours. Someone in the store will actually pick it up for you and bring it to the service desk, and all you have to do is go in, show your id, and pick it up. How easy is that? Someone is really thinking customer service at Target, and at the Marlboro east store it really shows.
I don’t know what happened to this store but it is completely disorganized with carts of boxes all over the place. There are some aisle that are completely blocked by unpacked boxes. I even found two juice bottles opened and halfway drank in a display. This store needs a major cleanup and reorganization.
Consistently long lines for checkout. Despite having 14 registers, there’s only ever a few open so there’s a long wait to checkout. Doesnt seem to matter what time I’d day.
Don’t bother. They are out of stock even if they send you an email saying your pick up is ready. Then you have to wait in line 15 minutes. Then you have to execute a return of the missing item so that you get credit on your credit card. Then you have to go to the aisle yourself in order to find the item. The item is not there. And then you walk out of the store having made a totally wasteful trip.
Target had some of the clothes I was looking for. Unfortunately, they didn't have Wrangler Cargo Pants in my size. I will have to go online.
I go to Targets all over the place... This one was on my way home and I needed to get a long list of things. NEVER IN MY LIFE have a seen a store that was a total disaster .... My photos were in the men's section, but this is representative of the entire store . The entire store was a total disaster and so much stuff laying on the floor in all departments. I ended up leaving and going to the Millbury location which was complete opposite. Definitely something wrong with the management of this Target .
I like Target better than Walmart. I think their merchandise is of higher quality.
One register open on a Saturday afternoon. No carts inside at all and many aisles were total messes.
A decent run of the mill Target. The checkout staff was very friendly which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 3.
