Target, you’d better take care of the employees here. Everyone I’ve come across who works here is kind, efficient, and on top of it. I use your drive up and stop by in store. Last time I came in with a bunch of diapers I didn’t need anymore. The employees at the Returns counter did everything they could to give me my money back. I was so happy I used the merchandise credit to buy more things from you. Thank you for making things easy, convenient and painless for shoppers.
I was asked to do a survey after a return and as I was complaining away I caught my self complaining about a product that didn’t work after purchase. It was not a target product. I wonder how many times do things get put onto the store that is not their fault. My guess is pretty often. I want to say that the employees were all polite and professional. I went in to do my return about an hour to closing. I did see 2 employees talking when I was walking in the doors but immediately they stopped, greeted me and one helped me and the other one was finishing up some work. My return took only a few minutes it was super easy and I was out the door. As I was walking out I heard the manager team lead might be the title of her position thanking the employees for their hard work and for working together as a team. She didn’t just tell one or two employees that were standing close by. She was telling them over the loud speaker or intercom system. It was so that every employee got a shout out and you could tell she meant it. I just thought it was a perfect way to end a shift and she is a great example for the other employees. Showing them you can be in a manager position and still treat co-workers as equals.
Had a great time holiday shopping for hours in Target. Lots of people coming and going, plus so many great deals. Associates were friendly and helpful. Shelves were bare in some areas and messy but to be expected with the holiday rushing upon us. My only complaint was that bathrooms need attention more frequently. Otherwise, a good experience.
Target is my favorite store! Clean, organized, well stocked and friendly employees. Their clothing quality has really gone up! I’m buying $25 sweaters that are nicer than $150 similar products at name brand elite stores.
I used to LOVE Target. I would go weekly and sometimes twice in a week and would usually purchase something every time. The employees were and continue to be the best. However, in the last 3 months, every time, without fail, there are no carts available at the door. I would go get one from a rack outside. Today, not only were there no carts in the store, there were only 4 carts in racks outside. BUY MORE CARTS! Now, I find out that the Pharmacy is closed ALL weekend. I believe that denies those of us that work weekdays or those that go to urgent care on weekends and are in need of antibiotics, for example, proper access to care. I AM SO DISAPPOINYED THAT TARGET HAS BECOME WHAT IS HAS BECOME.
We are wondering why the employees seem to always racially profile customers? My husband is a man of color and the employees always stand a little closer or watch him more so than myself. We just left and at checkout two different employees didn't take their eyes off him. He's not a thief, he's not a criminal. He's just a man that happens to have darker skin. Do better target.
Came in to target this evening 12/4/2022. Had an unpleasant experience by an employee of the name Ashley. I had my daughter in one hand and bags with merchandise and a cart in the other. I asked her politely if I could set the cart next to self check because I had my hands full and she said “no” but did take the cart. I spend a lot here and would expect better customer service from someone who sees my face nearly every other day.
Big store which is nice but half the shelves are always empty, so…. You rarely find everything you’re looking for. Not sure why the inventory at this location is ALWAYS consistently lacking. It’s fairly clean, and checkout times are quick. But it always feels like a wasted trip when you can’t find much of what you’re looking for ie. out of stock, limited sizes, etc
I bought a gift card for a friend and learned it was hacked so she couldn't use the full amount I spent. Target ultimately made things right, but I was disappointed to hear that my friend had to fight with them to get this fixed. I've always been a target fan, but I won't be buying anymore gift cards there.
Would highly recommend the drive up service. My only complaint is the mandatory bag fee 50 cents on items with no bag car seat and no option for a refund. Shop at home, pay at home, drive up, it comes out...no loading or unloading kids in the stormy rain. No running around to find something they don't have. No lines, No peopling necessary!
