This establishment's employee today was absolutely horrendous, my girlfriend went to pay with cash and asked the self checkout employee for help and the self checkout employee was just rude, he gave her attitude and said rudely "can't you see the cash only sign?" and gave her a dirty look, instead of being nice saying "sorry it's cash only" well.. sorry you're bald, don't take it out on the rest of us.
Nice clean store, plenty of parking, and great selection of goods especially for seeing up a new place are the pluses. Wrong and misleading price tags, very hard to find employees for assistance are the minuses.
I've gone to this Target for years but today I want to give special recognition to the cashier Jennifer. I was buying a lot of fragile items and she went above and beyond by wrapping every single one of them. Massive thanks to her!
Good customer service, I picked up my orders on time. The employee was very nice and polite. I give Target 5 stars because I always satisfied with the service. Thanks .
This store is quite messy--clothes on the floor, lots of clothing carts around with stuff on them, very few employees on the floor, the racks were very messy and clothes all mixed up. Plus, not much of a decent selection of misses clothes.
Bought an item, and showed the item to my wife in the parking lot, could not return the item. Their return system is down, but their cashier is working I offered to the leave the item with my receipt, but they said they couldn’t accept the item. Terrible corporate decision to make a 73 old man load and unload a lounge chair, and then reload the chair and drive round trip 30 miles to return this item. Take the money, but no reasonable return options. Thanks for great return policies Walmart!
Jenifer and Mac are always polite and professional. I love Target because the store is merchandised perfectly and very clean.
Why are they hiring people on the floor that can’t speak English and can’t help clients???? Asked for manager and nobody could find them and didn’t have pavers to get him. Horrible!!!
Maybe I write too much about the parking experience when I visit various businesses. I just feel you shouldn't have to take your life in your hands while driving or walking in a parking lot. The parking lot for Target is undergoing renovation right now with new plantings and work, so just realize that equipment in people are working at the various concrete Islands and plantings around the lot. While I do not enjoy most shopping, I do appreciate Target more than the alternatives, like Walmart which is typically a poor experience each time.
Love my Target…..friendly staff, easy to find what I’m looking for and several options
