I love Target! Most of the time they have what I need. Their home decore department is nice, but they don't have to many sales in this department. Today I came in for a body and hair mist I really like and also picked up a cute little mini cake stand.
Horrible customer service from those women who worked on 08/06/2023. I customer had a complaint about the bathrrom being nasty and having feces stains and the target worker just said “ok I’ll get someone to look into it, have a great day” she provided no type of empathy to the customer. The older woman was rude as well, she kept speaking over me multiple times and act like she was mad that I returned items not in the original packaging. She is a joke and needs training. She also completely ignored me when I got in line to do a return. This is my go to target on the weekday. The weekend shift is a mess and needs training on providing essential customer service.
I ordered an item for in store pickup but when I arrived at the store, my toddler had fallen asleep in the car. I saw an employee in the drive up area and pulled into a spot and asked her if she would be able to get my item for me. She went and got it and saved me from having to get my son out of the car. This meant more to me than she realized. Great customer service, above and beyond! And my item that I ordered, the Rawlings bases were exactly what I wanted and work great!
This place is so dirty. The nighttime Starbucks worker is awful. She was on FaceTime the entire time she took and made our order… which was wrong. Didn’t bother complaining because she had such a bad attitude.
Customer service was far better than any other time I have visited any Target.
Nice staff. Clean store and restrooms. You can get most anything you need here. Lots of checklanes and they even have self checkout. Tasty Starbucks too. I would definitely recommend this place.
The nighttime Starbucks worker was amazing, great personality and customer service and my drink was so good the best Starbucks drink I ever had 10/10 definitely recommend
Every singal department i selected for a simple question rand and rang and then hung up . @ 11 am . For a simple question about and item and its stock for I am looking for .. not even an answer , toys, electronics, foods, about the only one i didnt select was HR.... smh
Target ?! Not sure what’s been going on lately here but I’ve been getting my hands on a lot of moldy food. Maybe they’re understaffed or just not paying attention. This should not be on the display. Folks be careful with your pickings. :-
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Target. The store is always extremely organized. Although lines are long, they immediately add cashiers who quickly move the lines. I appreciate the abundance of selections and how quiet it is.
